Rich, love your style of broadcasting.....love your way of just talking to friends......love your availability in your comments....have you watched you for a while. You make your guests comfortable and you always get the best responses from them. You also show respect and I don't think you will ever forget where you came from. Keep it up....gonna be watchin' You Da Bes
The Swami picked “Bill’s vs. 49ers” Super Bowl for like 20 years straight. This guy is a sports legend. Growing up in the 90s, I looked forward to him and Tom Jackson doing NFL Primetime more than I did the actual games. He should get more credit for the NFLs explosion in the late 90s.
Why can't the tonight show be like this? This is what Johnny Carson did. He was funny, great interviews, stayed out of politics, etc. Sure miss the old days, but you bring a piece of that back with your work Rich. Go Blue!
Fascinating podcast. We will miss Berman when he is gone. He was the the anchor (no pun intended) that built ESPN. Loved hearing the respect Rich has for Chris and all of the old ESPN stories.
Berman is the absolute man.. I grew up watching Chris and will never forget his iconic NFL Primetime show where he would do his rumblin bumblin stumblin and his WHOOP....just the best ever. No one will ever compare.
I have enjoyed Chris since ESPN began. Fantastically funny. I couldn't wait to see SportsCenter at night and watch Berman do highlights with all the nicknames and the "back, back, back, back..." Great memories. And I know Rich is very sentimental and loves reminiscing 🙂
What a legend... and I knew he would mention the 1981 (Jan 10th 1982) NFC Championship game as a key moment for him and ESPN
Rich, this is the sort of unique content we all want. Thank you,

Chris Berman is an American hero/icon and will never be matched but Rich Eisen will be in the same hall as he is one day. Great show!

As someone who grew up in Harwinton, CT and family is from Bristol I love this
Fantastic, what a great authentic convo. TY!

This made me smile today :)
They used to regularly broadcast Australian Football. Loved it!
Thanks Rich...
Berman and Patrick and Stuart and a handful of others CREATED modern sportscasting, for better or worse. I’m still entertained!
Love this podcast
Sunday night countdown was can't miss TV.
"look at that little megget run"
This is awesome!
Great story 👍
"You're with me, Leather!"
Man I miss those Americas Cup races. Epic sports moments
How deep is your love Bee Gees classic
God bless Rich. That is all
A1. Legend
Awesome 👏 LOVE IT WHEN HIS ATTITUDE WOULD TOTALLY CHANGE IN RAIDERS GAMES LOL….THE RRRRRRAIDERS!!!
9:23 66? I would not have pegged him for a day over 76!
Time flies like an arrow, fruit flies like banana.
Now I can say this phrase from a place of total respect:
"Okay Boomer"
The guy that rips off cosell doing highlights. There is lots of audio on that. The raiders purs cosell
And now Olberman is some crazy whacko 😂
"DA RAIDERS"
His wife had severe drinking problem and killed an innocent man
Why is this relevant? You’re a hater.
