Btw dont use all those recycle bottle to store all the cooking ingredients like rock sugar etc cos all those recycle bottle all the plastic got BPA which is not healthy change to glass container.

From renovating my mother's kitchen, I have learnt that the stove top has to be lower than the usual counter top because mum has to lift her arms very high when cooking. She hated the high stove top so much that she even changed to induction cooker just so that she doesn't need to lift her arm so high when cooking. I think popo might revert to using the stainless-steel counter for her stove as it is lower and less tiring for her arms. Also, do think about future-proofing the kitchen and toilet for popo. Make it wheelchair friendly by having ramps and also installing handles on the toilet wall. Overall, you have done a GREAT job! I am impressed by how much thought you have put into this project. The new kitchen is such a big improvement from the previous one.
Love your new dry /wet kitchen & power room (toilet) with a minimalistic & open concept design. You can place pots of flower plants by the concrete stairs to absorb the heat + create a cohesive floor plan. Can't wait to see popo cooking in the new kitchen. Warmest regards from Toronto, Canada 🇨🇦

@ericalim My new fridge air ventilator was came out from side, not behind the fridge because we can feel the hot air beside the fridge. Traditional type of fridge, feel the hot air came from behind the fridge.😊

Congratulations on the new kitchen. Well done. For me though, I still believe a fully enclosed kitchen is more hygienic cause it keeps out the pest i.e. roaches, rats, cats, snakes, lizards etc better. You can still have large sliding glass windows if Poh Poh prefers an open place to cook.

洗衣机旁的小角落可以给婆婆准备一张小桌椅，有时在厨房忙上忙下时会腰疼会累，等着食物慢煮的小时段也可以坐下喝杯茶检一下菜切下葱蒜等，加个上墙的小风扇，离开炉头那么远，肯定不碍事也不会热，挺好嘛

原本的摆设是正确的，灶炉水槽相连水火不容啊，要接近也做成L形不相冲。但，没有禁忌的话自己喜欢习惯就好，实际应用要时间验证。

在這裡我有幾個建議，做個八婆⋯⋯😂
第一，你的雪櫃不能緊靠牆壁， 緊靠牆壁的話，雪櫃不能排出熱氣，會導致雪櫃需要更多的電力來冷卻裡面的東西。
妳買雪櫃的時候， 它一定有說明書，妳起查查看，這個很重要哦。

第二， 妳放刀的那個地方是很好， 在日本和歐美很多酒店， 餐廳甚至個人家庭都用這種方式，看起來很整齊乾淨利落。
只可惜妳的菜刀太大太重，不合適這種方式， 婆婆年紀不年輕，怕她失手把刀掉下⋯⋯
妳這個方式比較適合放小刀或是不重的刀。
第三，妳的煤氣爐會否太靠近牆壁🤔️
如果只是煲湯的話，應該沒問題，但是妳用的是大Kuali，再加上大火炒菜，會危險嗎🤔️🤔️
第四， 妳拿來粗用的櫥櫃，我建議妳有時把門打開讓它換氣，否則會有霉味，到底我們大馬是一個很humid 的國家。
第五， 浴室要做把手哦， 婆婆年紀不小了， 很多事情不怕一萬 就怕萬一，
其實一個🏠裡面， 最危險的地方就是浴室，廚房，樓梯….
我沒親眼看到妳的廚房，只是靠video的感覺，希望妳不會介意我囉囉唆唆

恭喜恭喜，无论如何，洗碗盆和灶炉之间加个盆栽就没事了，简单的一个改变，试试无访，宁可信其有，不可信其无。最重要的还是要养成不随处放东西的习惯，地上每天扫抹就一定会一直保持整齐干净啦！！！不改变自己的习惯的话，美美的厨房很快就会重新堆积杂物了，不要浪费金主爸爸的钱啊😂
