LV became hyperkinitec with decreased LV cavity size..
Dobutamine stress echo Positive for Symptoms,
But negative for ECG..
Echocardiographical Evidence of Myocardial ischemia..

If no wall motion abnormality, the test is conaidered negative even with symptims or ECG changes. Many people will have discomfort with dobutamine.
