Digital marketing is a vast field where you can pursue a lot of still sets. How much salary you can withdraw totally depends on the skill set you hold. I have 3.5 years of experience into biddable media and withdrawing 10-15lpa
That's true and that's the reason I mentioned this in the end of this video and so many other videos around this topic.
And not just this for higher growth in the corporate world specially or even in your own business, only technical skills are not enough. You need have a mix of both soft skills and technical skills. People need to step out of their comfort zone.

See actually everyone will have different views on this because it works for some and not good for others. I think you should ask yourself whether you can spend a high amount and then get the returns in one or two years or not.
Personally for me I am not in favor of doing it because I have done my own business and experienced all the aspects of business practically. So, I am not in favor of spending a high amount for this.
But if still you want to do it, I will suggest you do only after you have some years of industry experience in job or business.

As a fresher you are having a great start. Programmatic advert. or Google Ads is a great field to persue and is in demand.
Learn every small details from the current company by doing everything you can. Connect with people and try to understand their scope of work in digital. See how the complete system functions from ads or website to leads and then conversion.
When you think you have learnt everyhing and their is no scope of further learning, that's when is the time to switch and take your experience to more medium or large scale companies.
Also, dont forget to make case studies silently while doing your work in company, it can be some screenshots but ve careful of privacy of your company. Just take screenshots where possible without leaking the company name and then make a doc for your future. Enter results in your resume that how your work brought quantifiable results like CPC, CPM, CPA or CTR and mainly CR. If possible try to calculate ROI.
Buiild your linkedin and add the same things on that as well. Optimize your linkedin. Make your resume and linkedin idetical.

Its great to hear that you have got that package being a fresher. I hope the in-hand salary is not half of this. Companies now a days increase the CTC to showcase lucrative packages.
Secondly, if I was in the hiring team I would take you on the basis of technical and soft skills but never on the basis of google ctfct. Believe me you got lucky this time. No one in the industry takes on the basis of just Google certification.(Everyone knows that it is the most easy thing to do) So have gratitude and now that you have this opportunity learn hard core skills needed to survive in this industry. Entry is one thing and survival is other.

Yes, but you need to spend time learning for first year. You can get remote jobs but first you need have that amount of credibility that someone can trust you. It is possible but you will have to givs time to learn some skills.

People who are doing 3-6 months courses and getting jobs of 12-15k per month are fools they are not gonna earn much even after 5 years. Learn marketing, learn how to strategise the brand, learn marketing communications, these courses are just looting innocent people who couldn’t make to good colleges. I was offered a package of 6 LPA in college placement as testing engineer but I didn’t want to do that because of my passion in marketing and strategy. Now in 2 years I have a package of 8.7 LPA as brand solutions manager and in 2 months I will make it to at least 11 LPA as I am gonna be promoted to senior level. Don’t go for these courses. They just sell fake dreams, study hard, stick to what you’re good at research about the industry packages.
You are correct at some extent but first of all you should be a little humble towards what you have acheived, not everyone has the same circumstances, not everyone has the same opportunity and right time, but yes being a leader in a field you can show people a way that it is possible by taking the right skills, high learning, soft skills and mindset.
That's my goal with this channel. I am happy that you are earning good with this much experience. Keep growing.
But understand,
neither the people who are buying are fools and nor the people selling are fools.(not all, some are genuine also)
Said that, even I agree that people have a wrong perception that after course they will get to earn high without they themselves putting in a lot of efforts.
I dont have any course until now and I never say people to buy courses. I suggest them to first learn concepts of digital marketing as a whole and then study by themselves, do it practically themseves. Further, if they want more knowledge and if they are not capable of taking the hands on knowledge themselves, that's where a course can help them. Said that a lot of free material is already there on google and youtube, but people want an easy way out and that's where they tend to buy this.
But yes, fake gurus selling courses in the name of money and huge earning is all bullshit and people should stop getting influenced by that.
However, the figures I have shared in the video is the reality in India for maximum digit marketers. The flux of money spent in not high and hence pays are low initially. (depends on company also) But as I said in the video if you have watched till end that earning high is possible but by grinding and studying as you also mentioned in your comment. I also say this because I am standing at that level where I can say this.

In India salary will be same no matter which foreign education you took. However there are a few big companies, all MNCs who do prefer foreign education from some reputed universities and can offer you a good salary as fresher. Just double down the figures stated in my video.

Diploma ya certificate, dono hi same hai is industry mein, koi farak nhi padega agar apko practical knoweldge hai to. Isliye practically seekhne mein focus karo. Ctfct ya diploma matter nhi karta itna. Mein ek chota sa course kiya tha apne time pe and uska certificate aaj tak kaam nhi aya.
But meine ek site banake practical experience liya tha, pages banake experience liya tha, us se jo results aaye the us se mujhe job mili thi pehli. But mein ye nhi bolra ki certificate course karna galat hai ya bekar hai. Bas mein ye bolunga ki zyada dhyan khud se karne mein dena.

I respect your viewpoint if you feel that way. But do more research and you will get to know the reality of most of the Indian market. I have done my research and also as I mentioned this is an average of all.

Yes, definitely you can pursue it. MBA does not give you any added advantage until and unless done from a highly reputed college. And obviously don't think about MBA if you don't have money. Instead, spend your energy and time in this field and you can create a good career if you acquire both technical and soft skills.

I am guessing that You took position hikes and instead you should have focussed more on salary hikes. You should have mastered both technical and soft skills so that you can reach out to large companies or good medium companies who pays based on skillset.

However I can suggest you to opt for a course which comes at a nominal price point, not more than 40k
Secondly, it should not be more than 3 to 4 months in duration.
Thirdly, it should cover all aspects like SEO, website, Google ads, Meta ads, Analytics etc.
Fourth, please see who is going to teach, whether he/she is experienced.
Last dont fall for placement guarantee. Matlab mil jae to achha hai but maan ke chalo ki nhi milegi.

And then there are people as told in video as well who earn above 1L to 1.5 per month.

It is difficult to name any one out of so many different small and big institutes.
Only thing I can suggest is that whenever you choose, just choose the one with nominal fees, not more than 25k-40k, course length around 3 to 4 months, don't fall for job guarantee traps or placement guarantee traps, check the credibility of person who will teach.
