Hi Mary, if you hit the wheel on the top right of your screen there is an option to change the playback speed. You can make it 1/2 time and it will play slower!
I bet you that they have your husbands extracare card number and they are just unlinking and linking it in the app. It gives you full access to everything on the card that way without having to login with the email attached to the account. I also removed my phone number from the account when the same thing happened to me. It’s frustrating, but customer service should be able to fix it!
