Top tier design and the feel of all his attacks and sounds is beyond perfect. Balancing wise he isnt that great but all he needs is some tracking buffs and df1/1,1 going to -3. Then he is perfect
Balance wise he's also honestly perfect. He has his strengths and well defined weaknesses that you have to play around and it seems they decided to make his pressure game one of them, shown by the nerfing of some of his key tools from Tekken 7. I prefer a unique character like this rather than another Dragonov.
@@The-Boogeyman2437 having either a weak poking game or bad tracking is fine. But Heihachi has both combined with the worst lows in the game. So he is forced to play very defensively partly because of his S+ tier punishment and because he lacks proper offense in a game where "mashing" is as important to defense as blocking
