How long did you wait after doing the body to do the ruffle sleeves?
I waited a few hrs. you really only need to wait for it to crust over. I just didn’t want the metal tip to bump into it and accidentally damage the flood.
What color is this? And tip for the ruffle did you use
is that buttercream at the end? the ruffles. or is that royal icing too?
That is also royal icing, just a stiffer consistency.
