how did you nail 6 inches on the top part of OSB? There is not support under it.
He also says the panel ends should be supported along ceterline of the framing while the graphic shows the end flush with the support edge. Come on!

why are no H clips installed on the edge of the sheathing (the 4 foot edges)?
They aren't needed and would hump the roof up in that area. The purpose is to provide support as well as a gap.
