Hey solfrid, I think you should do a video of all your favorite asmr sounds and objects and whisper what the object means in your language like your translating for us. I think you should make all your favorite sounds and our favorite sounds with your favorite objects and also have a relaxing whispering translation type thing. hope you like the idea and may see soon! one of my favorite videos is you magical box video!

On your spaghetti eating video you said you had suspected a candida overgrowth and I have experienced a candida overgrowth myself and I know how to fix it I think I try to have a whole starch based diet so sprouted grain bread, brown rice, farro, oats , whole minimally processed grains, lots if vegetables, average amounts of fruit, small amounts of nuts and seeds, but sweet potatoes and legumes in particular should be included atleast 4 times a week these foods feed the good bacteria in your gut and prevent the growth of candida, diets higher in processed carbs in combination with an elevated fruit consumption can but not always result in a candida overgrowth
