Hunter/rogue/mage/warlock all very easy to do like this, you may have to write custom wa functions to deal with things like rune regen on dk. Obviously some classes don't really owe themselves to set rotations. In those cases you can bundle smaller actions eg having one button for charge/intercept/intervene. Yes some classes can be completely automated like this. No, it's not always appropriate to do so. However being able to create a conditional hotkey is super OP.
nah i used it for years with weakaura rotation i used image search function 4x4 but but its not perfect cause rotation bot do better they heal use def cd ..

you can make your own bot easly with MacroCreator with any rotation addons
