Hell, if it did, and people who wore all black were experiencing depression, wouldn't it be in the interest of the school to let them so that it would be easier to identify those who need help and provide that help?
These administrators and teachers were the same. people that got in trouble for having long hair and wearing short skirts. At the time, we're considered antisocial and lewd behavior. This stinks of politics.
