He actually was raised just like the hounds were. He will trail a fresh track, trees really good, good locator, gritty, there are a lot of positives. Typically, they are just hotter nosed but still plenty capable and useful in a pack. They’re very universal, the parents were trained on coyotes and are half decent house dogs haha
