I bought this cymbal, and I love it! Thanks mycymbal.com for making the experience so easy and quick. And thank you Eric Harland for playing this cymbal better than me.

The cymbal just rocks man! I wish I had this one for a couple recordings I did way back when. But hey,I pulled it off w/ a 20" paiste signature full ride(which played lightly had a similar dry stick attack but more glassy shimmer),and a 70's jildjian medium ride 20" which was as versatile as anything one could hope to get. U could ride it,crash it,just accent,it was perfect.

Istanbul Agop makes dry rides that I like much better. This cymbal was just dry with not much nuance. Great playing on this one, though

Would've been nicer if he just played a normal shuffle beat on this ride since it's so dry :)

The original line is far better. They cut more and sound glassy

hey i was wondering something since you said you bought from mycymbal.com before. i knw that they use high quality cameras and audio to get it as close to being like ur ther playing it as possible but not too much micing to the point where they can make anything sound good. my question was compared to the video u watched how close was the sound on the video to the when u actaully played in person

Love the hi hat sound. Does anyone know if it's possible to get that kind of sound from cymbals without cuts in them?
