This was a wonderful, heartfelt, honest discussion about photography. I so appreciated it. And I really appreciate the book “And Still, It Turns,” which introduced me to several photographers I was unfamiliar with, including these two. I was so struck (stricken?) by Hatleberg’s photos, but “Lost Coast” is out of print, so I am grateful to see some of those photos here. I ordered the book he did with his wife and am anxious to receive it. It’s good to hear he has another coming out. I was fascinated by RaMell’s discussion of tradition and photography in the south. I’d love to hear more. His film is now on my list of things to do tomorrow. The genuineness of both men really shone through during this conversation. THANK YOU!
I am trying to find Hatleberg's book since 2 years ago and it will probably be my aim in next few years. Where are they gone, all of them in the black hole, nothing on eBay or elsewhere...please make a 2nd edition or something, make my life more bearable ;)

The publisher said there will be a reprint in the near future maybe 2022-2023. He's got a new book coming out this fall also.
@@Mystakerchon Thank You Derin, those are fantastic news!
This is excellent. Lots of valuable insights into process (looking for difference) as well as place. Also, smoothly chaired by Liv.
This video is excellent. It has made a huge impact on me. Thank you
