The split-screen of Brian and Rex both trying not to lose it after Brianna's comment at 10:38 is quite possibly the funniest thing I've ever seen on this channel!
Not really. Part of the experience of eating cereal is that each bite comes with a bit of milk to wash it down, and you actually kinda want the cereal to get softer as you eat it, just not fall-apart soggy, so don't leave it on the table for an hour. Plus the flavored milk at the end gets that way through prolonged contact and stirring with the cereal - like a tea or broth - so just rinsing it over the stuff isn't enough, it needs to steep.
it really reminded me of the scam stuff episode where brian taught his kid how the trick worked, including how to tilt your head at just the right angle that the person holding the chopstick/nail feels the reverberation in their fingers as it scrapes along the nasal cavity opening; a fantastic episode i highly recommend it! ruclips.net/video/Owa0BCpfGFk/видео.html
I don't think it was overstepped I would think it's because you maybe could've used cold water instead of hot water as the whole point of using cold water is the time which extracts the flavour and is supposed to be less bitter and less acidic (in coffee). So if cold water is used then time is a big factor and if you use hot water it's a lot less time which is why we only brew for a few minutes to even a minute or less depending on the tea. Also, I loved the video it was such great fun to watch.
“Push Schlock Dog down on the Hot Dog!” says Brianna. Two of the funniest segments, 8:23 to 8:30 and 10:40 to 10:44. Many others moments as well. I think Brianna saw and heard some things today she wished she hadn’t. HILARIOUS!!!
My kitchen mandolin came with one of those gloves and it totally works! I thought I was smarter than my mandolin while slicing taters for scalloped potatoes, and totally f@#$Ed up my hand. I figured I could totally be adult enough not to need the glove...but I was wrong. I have since made use of said glove and my hands have remained totally intact.
LOL, the helix mattress bit was awesome sleeping on air! LOL, it was ok whatever then you pushed marina over too so she had to agree it was better than sleeping on air.
Can’t believe I am seeing Brian Brushwood. I used to love watching Scam School on Rev3 back in the day. Now he’s a random guest sometimes on this new channel I love. That was hilarious. Thanks guys!
I've seen the Colander/Bowl before describes as meant to be used for Pistacios and other small things to peel. The Bottom Compartment stores the discarded shells and any sheaths or other small bits fall through the colander-part
Apparently, Brianna hasn't seen one of Brian's sideshow performances. She probably thought he was just some guy who knows card tricks. Her face when he was doing his blockhead routine was priceless.
Question: after hearing the nose notes for the Jackalope (sounds great btw) and also thinking of my favorite smelling whiskies, (Green Spot and Ardbeg Uigeadail) the whiskies I could just sit, hold, and smell without even drinking, it got me wondering: could you make a candle from a whiskey and capture its smell? Or could you replicate its smell in a candle another way?
No fingers in the chili! Lol. My friend Merl was making a baked meal of assorted meats and vegetables,as he was cutting the vegetables,he got so pissed off thinking of how his sister screwed him over on a sales deal. He got so angry he cut the tip of his finger off. He called for a ride to the hospital but before leaving he put the casserole type dish in the oven. Later on he blamed his sister for losing the digit.. and he ate the dish and never found the finger tip. True story...
Super excited just pre-ordered the jackalope. Happy to support a channel that was the spark for my enthusiasm to collect whiskeys. Whenever I buy a new whiskey I look to see if Daniel and Rex have reviewed it before, and 95 percent of the time they have, which is epic.
I honestly love that Brian is being included in more and more of these episodes. Also, looking for a new whiskey recommendation. I definitely prefer bourbon, but I'd be interested in a simple scotch as well. I currently enjoy southern comfort black label, Jefferson's very small batch, woodford reserve, and woodford reserve double oaked. I tried four roses original and honestly disliked it. Two of my favorite tasting notes are caramel and cherry.
I lost it when at the end, Brian asks, is the trick we added ice? And Rex responds, no. We can shake it. Then proceeds to demonstrate and throw the tea all over the set as the top comes off, 🤣
I have this vision of Michael Scott from "The Office" having a stroke because of all the opportunities for his signature line of, "That's what she said." Great video and always fun to see Brushwood.
Speaking of janky vs good - I recently purchased a mini barrel and would like to begin aging some distillate (purchased white dog wheated mash from buffalo trace). I would like to give the distillate some rum sweetness and toffy-like body, so I figure the best way to do this would be to age some rum in there first to get the staves of the barrel familiar with the rum. My question is - would it be better to *cure* the barrel (prior to using it) with rum instead of water in order to get a deeper penetration of rum into the staves, or is this overkill? Thanks!
i love that they just reviewed cut resist gloves that you might get in a factory XD i used to use gloves like that in a factory working with glass sheets
I have definitely sliced open my hand while wearing those cut resistant gloves before. It probably prevented the cut from being worse, but definitely don't try to cut your own hands with a knife while wearing them.
Hey WhiskeyTribe. Been following you for a while now, love the stuff you do, also the the other channel (whiskey vault). But i do miss the chance to be a bigger part of this community, this is quite hard since im from the other side of the world (Denmark). And can not get your own whiskey and I think that is quite a shame :(. Hope international shipping comes one day and I can taste the American spirit and finery you guys so well describe in your ethics and values about whiskey.
how is Briana still alive, in this episode alone she licked a knife and tested for tempature on the forman grill by literally putting her whole hand in it...
To be fair on the testing for heat method, that's how you do it on a regular grill regardless of what kind it is. It's how I learned how to tell when a grill was ready.
Awesome channel guys! I just ran across y'all earlier this morning and have watched a few episodes and yeah great content for sure. Anyway, we are waving a big Texas hello from Big Spring, Texas, have a great weekend!
So glad I finally stopped sleeping on that super uncomfy air and got me a Helix. Thank you Helix for sponsoring! Visit helixsleep.com/whiskey to get up to 20% OFF your Helix mattress, plus two free pillows. #helixsleep
I have those gloves and they do work
Dry week episode somehow more chaotic than a full drunk episode, the math checks out.
you're assuming dry week = sober week.
@@tonytwotoes that's my thoughts, those eyes looked glossy
You add Brian into anything, the chaos goes up by 1000%
The split-screen of Brian and Rex both trying not to lose it after Brianna's comment at 10:38 is quite possibly the funniest thing I've ever seen on this channel!
Glad to see its not the whiskey thats got yall looney and its just yalls amazing personality
The non-soggy cereal bowl idea was THE BOMB!!!
This dry week episode giving off more drunk vibes than a typical episode 😂
my money is on 'alcohol is a depressant and has been acting as a moderator for them all being adhd as hell'
I think they were high af
Dry? Are they really?
This was my thoughts exactly
I love it every time Brushwood does his human blockhead act.
I think he almost broke Brianna
He's the reason it's one of my favorite party tricks to perform.
It's honestly the reaction from someone that's never seen it, that gets me laughing every time
Brian knows that cut resistant gloves are genius after dealing with Jason for so long.
4:12 Use it for pistachios or anything else you have to get out of a shell like sunflower seeds. Just put your shells in the bottom, no muss, no fuss.
great idea, gross execution
This episode was total utter chaos and I loved every single second of it.
I love watching Brian's parental instincts kick in when she slamming a hot dog cutter into her hand.
THIS! THIS is what a true episode between The Whiskey Tribe and The Modern Rogue should be like. Pure fucking chaos. We need more
Is Brian Brushwood, like, the billy goat of the internet? He'll try to eat almost anything!
pickles.
and mayo
and chocolate, or was that Jason?
Brianna freaking out at the chopstick in the nose was hilarious
it really reminded me of the scam stuff episode where brian taught his kid how the trick worked, including how to tilt your head at just the right angle that the person holding the chopstick/nail feels the reverberation in their fingers as it scrapes along the nasal cavity opening; a fantastic episode i highly recommend it! ruclips.net/video/Owa0BCpfGFk/видео.html
Briana, one n.
I love this trashy items. Great research by Brianna. Never laughed so much. 😂Made my day
Brianna would be an excellent guest on scam school😂
13:34 Brian will never not be a Sideshow person.
This entire episode is a visualization of what i imagine Rolling on the flor laughing my ass off is 😂
Its 'Dry Week", not Sober Week. Dry and sober are 2 different things. LOL! Love the happy energy! Totally here for it! 🤣😜
I don't think it was overstepped I would think it's because you maybe could've used cold water instead of hot water as the whole point of using cold water is the time which extracts the flavour and is supposed to be less bitter and less acidic (in coffee). I really like Brianna’s enthusiasm when she was explaining the colander thing
The laughter is so contagious, and I love it🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

When the gang looks more drunk during dry week than the rest of the year.
Are we absolutely SURE this was a DRY week? If this is them sober they should drink more and I can't believe I watched this. And laughed.
My kitchen mandolin came with one of those gloves and it totally works!

Who doesn't need a colander in a bed pan with a phone holder?
LOL, the helix mattress bit was awesome sleeping on air! LOL, it was ok whatever then you pushed marina over too so she had to agree it was better than sleeping on air.
She is a rockstar, one of the funniest energies I’ve ever seen. She needs her own series and you guys will bank so many views 😂
Theese videos falls further and further from whisk(e)y stuff haha lol, love the chaos energy tho
Can’t believe I am seeing Brian Brushwood. I used to love watching Scam School on Rev3 back in the day. Now he’s a random guest sometimes on this new channel I love. That was hilarious. Thanks guys!

You can literally see Brian's hair turn grey as he yells at Briana to stop hitting her hand with the hot dog slicer. 🤣
Appreciate the Dry week video's
Clearly its a dry week. A dry herb week. Lol Im sitting here laughing too. Its a dry herb week here too lol
I honestly love that Brian is being included in more and more of these episodes. Also, looking for a new whiskey recommendation. Great video. The hot dog slicer slayed me! Great start to "High" week. Thanks for all u do.
Are you SURE you guys weren't drinking? I just want to make sure, because this is definitely some drunk think tank kinda stuff, and I love it.
Aw man haven’t seen Brian Brushwood since rev3 days, good to see him doing well.
That was absolutely the most amazing trainwreck I've ever seen in progress unfolding in slow motion before my Very eyes
I lost it when at the end, Brian asks, is the trick we added ice? And Rex responds, no. We can shake it.
Then proceeds to demonstrate and throw the tea all over the set as the top comes off, 🤣
This is off the rails, and about 30 yards into the brush on the left....... AND I AM HERE FOR IT!
It somehow doesn't surprise me that out of these 3, Rex is the one that can't use chopsticks correctly, lol
OMG my favorite day of the week! You guys are the best!🤣
I still prefer chainmail, its manufactured steel mesh its light and flexible yet still works.
The "colander" is for pistachios. The shells go in the opening to the bottom.
Man I really need to get up there again and more often to try the whiskies y'all have. I mean, first I'd need money though.
Reminds me of the “phoning it in” episode from years ago when Rex and Dan were so exhausted, there wasn’t really an episode. Good laughs.
Right behind the corner, I like Fever trees ginger beer and fireball as a drink. Now I can get on with the video.
And again, everything Brianna says needs to be on a t-shirt 🤣
not everything though, “just the tip” 😂 jk, yeah, she’s brilliant :)
👍👍Liked for the Helix ad let alone Banana's insane products👍👍
yall are having too much fun, make more pls
I have this vision of Michael Scott from "The Office" having a stroke because of all the opportunities for his signature line of, "That's what she said." Great video and always fun to see Brushwood.
Breanna reacting to Brian doing Block Head with the chop sticks! Priceless 🤣
Cant believe I just watched 3 adults play with a hot dog slicer while having a fucking wheeze attack. Best shit ive seen in a minute
I'm sitting here with tears of laughter rolling down my cheeks! I vote genius! 😂
Somehow appearing more drunk on a dry week episode than during a high proof sampling episode. That's Whisk(e)y Tribe for you!
It's exactly this content that I subscribed for. The sheer hiliarity.
Yep. cold brew coffee, because what you really want in coffee is 10x the grounds steeping for 100x the time
I want to laugh at work as much as you guys.
Lol That spot on Joaquin Phoenix Joker laugh from 8:00-8:10.
I havent laughed out loud at a yt video for ages. Thank you x
Cut out the liquor and double, no triple down on the herbs. Excellent
Those gloves are a must have if you use a mandolin. 10/10!
13:35 this is how far swabs had to go into your nasal cavity to get a "good" sample for a COVID test at the beginning of the pandemic.
……and this is them sober af lol thanks for the giggles!
Is it dry week,or high week?
I live in Colorado...Think I'd know the difference by now.Nope.
You guys are a lot of fun.😂

I have not stopped laughing since this started. I'm crying

Brian truly is a notorious eater of things
This was a great video... just to see them interact... great stuff... 🤣
As anyone who watches Modern Rogue will know, the main issue with cut gloves is that they hinder your dexterity.
You need to try Skittles for fermentation
Awesome channel guys! I just ran across y'all earlier this morning and have watched a few episodes and yeah great content for sure. Anyway, we are waving a big Texas hello from Big Spring, Texas, have a great weekend!
It's terrifying to me that Brian was the responsible one in that group.
Rex spilled the tea.
You forgot.....what if the power goes out while eating? then lightsaber chopsticks show you were your food is!
Should try the tea maker with vodka and floral to make gin
13:35
Brian going back to his "Blockhead act" days...
🤣 don't try and eat chips while watching this. They'll end up all over the place when you start laughing. 😂🤣😂
Too much fun! Love it!!!!!
I’ve had those light saber chopsticks they are cool
I’m glad I was watching this this cause if I was listening in on everything that was going on, I’d be freaked out. Very entertaining though
Brian just about dead from laughing
Bri makes me horned up. Excuse me I must retire to my chambers.
I'm not sure if it's just because Brushwood is here but I'm getting a heavy Modern Rogue vibe off this.
Best episode ever!!!
I got an idea for your distilling experiments.
Peanuts. Try distilling peanuts.
It’s an instantaneous coffee maker, you just have to use galactic time scales
The knife's name is Paul Hogan, a very Brushwood thing to do.
Dry week is the equivalent to bored soldiers with less pain more magic
i just watched Brianna two years ago sober, she on an other level here.
