Your all the videos are very helpful, I'm from non-mathematics background learning data science, your videos helped me a lot. Please make more videos on these statics and mathematics of data science, which are necessary according to you.
I am studying Data Science from couple of months. Had studied many courses, but first time come to know about modified Z score on codebasics yt channel
Thank you Sir for creating the playlist on Mathematics and Statistics for Data Science and Machine Learning. It really helped understand the complex concepts. Your teaching skills are truly commendable, and your dedication doesn't go unnoticed. I have a small suggestion: could you consider adding a video on the Central Limit Theorem? Additionally, I had a question on the Modified Z score video. While I understand its use in identifying outliers, if we prefer not to remove outliers, especially when the data is accurate but includes extreme values like in this case, can we address it by applying logarithmic transformations? Thank you once again for your valuable teachings.
Great Video.., As you mentioned in the video inorder to get median the column values should be sorted, but in our excel exercise heights are not sorted we are having 6.2 after 10.0. but here it won't make any changes in the result even if its not sorted. just mentioning this here!!
So what we will do if we get 3 cases in modified z score and 2 cases in normal z score. Which one will we use? Suppose take this example only what will i take ?
Sir, I have 3 years of Java Development experience and now started learning Machine learning. I want to know whether it will be helpful in the future. I am currently working in a good product-based company and get a lot of opportunites. Now transition from software development to data field ,is it a good decision?
sir i have question if dataset contains N number of columns with numeric values for which column we need to apply the outlier technique how can we decide the column to apply the outlier technique?
can someone please tell me if this playlist is enough to get for data analyst? not data science. Is this series complete and can I rely only on this playlist?
Is it necessary to calculate the modified z score as greater than 3.5 only? as I have taken the whole dataset for the task and with a 3.5 value I am getting 971 outliers
Not sure why you’d ever want to use the mean vs the median. Even if a high value isn’t tagged as an outlier it shifts the mean. Guess you need a subject matter expert to investigate.

Thanks a lot .... i watched a whole series and am now geared up for the interviews, Wish me Luck

Hi Sarthak, I am also from Arts field but learning data science. Can we connect?
how's the journey going ? @@JatinRathod

This guy is really amazing.
Teaches complex things by making them easy.
Thanks Sir.
Make me feel like I already know everything about it...so amazing
0.6745 is because For a standard normal distribution (mean 0, standard deviation 1), the MAD is approximately 0.6745 times the standard deviation.
You are a magician! Thank you! Love your accent

👌👌
Thank you for the info, and please continue 🙏❤️
No doubt video is gonna be awasome..
Great explanation!!!!! Thanks!!!!!
Thanks for such nice explanations!
Thanks dr for the very good information and I want to know the least no of data for use Z score and modified Z score to detect outlier
vdo downloaded again.. and now also subscribed
Omg it was absolutely great video🤯
Nice Explanation as usual! 👍
Thank you so much for this video.
Very well explained....👍
Hi Dhaval, at 09:45 is it Mean absolute deviation or Median absolute deviation ?
Mean AD
sir i have completed this play list , is there any other statistics topic we need to cover . Thank you

Sir, how to get the value of z score and modified z score like you used 3 and 3.5
amazing
great
sir i have question if dataset contains N number of columns with numeric values for which column we need to apply the outlier technique how can we decide the column to apply the outlier technique?
is it possible to apply both technique(Z score and modified one) together?
Good morning Dr
Please I want the reference for calculated outlier by using modified Z score
To record with in my test certification
sir why everytime z score >3 . From where this 3 comes ?

Sir how to use modified z score in dynamic range in Excel???
Thanks
Can you make couple of videos on handling different type of outliers
Hello sir,
If in a dataset some values from address column is missing then how will we handle it.
can anybody please tell how to know which fill method we should use on which type of data
how you 0.7 as (median) for mad in (9:36)min it suppose to be 0.0 right?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you arrange the numbers in ascending order, the middle term is 0.7, which makes it the median.

Dear Sir, I would like to ask you something related to Tensorflow. May I get your email id, please? Thanks a lot in advance.
