    The love of her life !!!!! They should used this scene as a flashback in TNT Dallas

      Sadly no CBS flashbacks were used. Only thing I saw was a photo of them together looked like it was taken at a Ewing BBQ

      They should have. Maybe too much $ to use the clip? The deep emotion Sue Ellen showed toward Dusty when she saw him alive and when he was in the wheel chair telling her to go live her life was a tear jerker. It seemed to be a deeper love than she had with J.R. Her love toward Clint seemed to also be more passionate & loving than with J.R. I just don't see the same passion when SE is with J.R. Linda is a great actress though. Nicholas was still the best love scenes on tv. J.R. & Sue Ellen had more angry-make up love. Just wished the original show showed more depth to Sue Ellen & J.R.'s relationship. It just seemed to be about a cat & mouse game.

    This would have been a great reconciliation if they had stayed together. JR always got bored with Sue Ellen and starting chasing women again.

    I said it all through 14 seasons of the original Dallas-Bobby and Pamela who? JR and Sue Ellen were always the couple to cheer for on Dallas. Larry Hagman and Linda Gray had amazing chemistry together. They were best friends in real life. Linda and Patrick were at his side at his deathbed.

      Dallas ran 13 not 14 seasons. Knots landing got 14 seasons though

      YES Laurel. 100% TRUE! JR and Sue Ellen had the IT factor that didn't exist with anyone else on the show.

    JR and SueEllen kept us interested because the writers had them fighting and then reconcile etc. ups and downs. They dropped the ball when they let Linda Gray go. There really wasn’t anyone for JR to play against. These two were an institution and Marrying Callie was the writers’ huge mistake. After this season, Dallas Really was on the decline. I watched it and taped it every Friday night at 9pm until the series ended. LOL 😂 I even missed my brother’s wedding rehearsal dinner so I could watch the series finale May 3rd 1991. My family was pissed at me in fact both families were madder than three wet cats in a sack! But I didn’t give a shit.. I was a die hard fan and seen every episode and I wasn’t about to miss the last show regardless if I taped it on my VCR..

      Saxon C amen to that and respect for being like me - someone who doesn’t think the Dallas world revolves around flaming Victoria Principal!

    • @maineindividual5202
      @maineindividual5202 5 лет назад +2

      As close as Gray and Hagman we're to this day I'm shocked he wasn't able to talk her out of leaving. I do believe however principal was just as good as Gray and it stunk equally as bad when they both were off the canvas.

      Nah. Even VP said 'Linda could act anyone off the floor'. It just doesn't wash to say VP was as good - she wasn't and her attitude to the show stank.

      Honestly I would have been better if they brought Mandy back and her and JR got married but that is just personal opinion because I couldn’t stand Cally

    He never took her anywhere. They never wrote in for them to go on vacation to reconcile. That would have been nice to see them away from Southfork or Dallas besides second honeymoon.

    Turns out it eas just a dream in Pam's head. The next season, season 10 (Patrick "Bobby" Duffy returns in Pam's shower booth), JR & Sue Ellen were cold to each other which was supposedly carrying over from season 8 when Bobby died (Patrick Duffy's departure).

      MrCraigblaze I think he tolerated Jenna years ago when she and Bobby first dated. I think because he hated Pam so much that made him really liked her. he knew that she was Bobby’s first love and that if anyone could come between Bobby and Pam, Jenna Wade could do it.. Boy, was JR wrong on that one! lol
