@@jelloshotsure thing! The whole keyboard kit was roughly $500 yet the board sounded lifeless, comparable to something under $150. The hardware was cheap, for example the screw to hold the knob in place stripped the first time i installed it. The color of the navy unit did not resemble the renders at all, it was light blurple in person rather thana dark navy.
The promise was botched to hell in delivery. They had mine sent back to china from the US after 2 failed DHL delivery attempts in the middle of the work day. Then telling me they wouldn’t send it back without a 150$ shipping fee. Who’s at the house at 11 on a Tuesday? I took my refund and stopped using all my Wuque boards (4). This made me forget all that shit. I’ll be buying this no doubt.
This is a presentation of what is just a bunch of parts along with a frame, a dial, a couple of batteries and a small screen with a tiny bios. That’s all it really is. But add a beautiful, mysterious box. Some light electric guitar in the background. Beautiful manilla papered envelopes with each of the sets of parts. Add two hands with black thin gloves, suggesting care and precision. The the reveal. Resulting in an understated looking keyboard with a layout so beautiful that even the timeless panel on the bottom of the unit makes you think that this is the side which should be face up when not being used. Top it all off with the beautiful sound of the keys as it is being used, just delightful. And now you realize that you have just been served up a true delight. A masterclass in product development and brand marketing. Drop the mic, but softly please. And I’ll take the prebuilt version by the fireside with a nice glass of old scotch. A glen. Any glen will do.
I must say Wuque Studio has been improving with each of their product. I still own the Mammoth 75 from 2 years back and the Freya is so unique and so stunning in comparison that that.
I have the Mammoth too but for that amount of money, i was expecting manufacturing quality similar to Mode's boards but fell short, hope this is better
@@ADoc1980and I am shocked that it’s that high considering how it will probably ended up being a overpriced piece of shit that sounds worse than boards that costs much less
this is a Jelly Evolv and an Ikki Aurora crossed together, with the knob from the Mammoth! The packaging and leave spring structure is identical to the jelly but the 65% layout with the badge above the cluster is clearly the Aurora. and the huge knob is there as well, taken straight from the Wuque Mammoth.
I love the design and the board's structure is great! I wish the screen had a better refresh rate tbh. I'd love it even more if it was more fluid even with menu transitions. I hope it improves but definitely still a great keyboard!
I would buy this keyboard if they were in stock but it looks like I missed the boat. Will there be another Group Buy for the Freya keyboard? I just e-mailed Wuque Studios but I get the impression this is a one and done. Thanks for the video.
So good filmed, bro! 100% right idea that conceptual keyboard may be built by own hands! It is doubling the enjoying of present! The music in video is perfectly on point for presentation process! How much? I want one. Give me two!
i do like the gasket with spring . i never tried that .. what i don't like is the flex cut and the fact that the pcb is 1.2mm. Non flex cut 1.6mm would have bin better not to mention 100% via compatible please. i have 3 ikki68 boards so i'm all set up on Wugue Studio for now.. ..(let's hope my comment does not disappear this time)
I WANT THAT (i just built myself a nice bakeneko65 cnc with oil kings with tape mod and foam and a kdb8x mkiii with all foams and aqua kings). The keyboard looks cleaner than anything ive seen... damn
I just saw a wizard at work. GODDAMN. p.s. where have you been all my life? I love your videos! I am subscribing! Awesome stuff! Love the keyboard too btw. It is so darn good looking. And those clicks... Damn.

Insanely beautiful board but man that price hurts my wallet. Sadly don't think I'll be able to get this board :(. Built a JRIS75 a few months ago and that board was even a lot. Props to the engineers of this project!
Yeah nice but the only thing that is not a headache to buy from them are the switches xdd Each and every keyboard on their website is sold out. What's the point then? Why do they produce so little of them?
i feel like wuque put waaayyy too much effort into the packaging, its just going to take up more space when you try to store it anyways, great job with the video
Am I the only computer programmer web developer coder that wants this keyboard so damn bad but because it doesn't have home and end and page up/down we refuse to use it?
Great video, but why sell a disassembled keyboard? Are there keyboard enthusiasts that like to assemble their own boards? If there was a silent one, I might have been more urged to get one. I know some people love the sounds of mechanical keyboards, but I just can't stand it.
there are silent switches that you can use plus put all the foam included in the kit and it's muted. The majority of keyboard enthusiasts build their keyboard just because it's part of the hobby. That is why this here is a custom mechanical keyboard where you can change your mounting style, switches, plates, etc. so yeah, customizing your keyboard means in some ways it's unbuilt and you have to build it to your preference.
GAH DAYUM that's a beautiful board. The packaging is insane and the build looks amazing. Great video!
wow, this looks so classy, I'd love to have one!
learned my lesson with wuque studio when buying the mammoth. looks great on the internet, then you get it and its overpriced hot garbage.
can u expand a bit on what disappointed you?

@@Stryke_Gentlynah. It isnt difficult distinguish poor quality.
As much as I am a 60% board kind of person, I have to say: This is one BEAUTIFUL keyboard. Props to the designers!

Absolutely gorgeous build, even the Package is a Premium experience. Well done.
Beautiful keyboard and a beautifully filmed video. Thanks!
This isn't a keyboard, it's a work of art, how beautiful, how wonderful... it's cruel with so much detail and beauty
How can a keyboard looks so good and sounds just as good no wayyy
Damn, that dual plate design is insane and BEAUTIFULLY done, I love the concept of it. ABSOLUTELY love this board. Wow.
Beautiful...definitely going to have to get my hands on one
absolutely insane board, would definitely want to get my hands on one
The keyboard is truly fascinating... and even the sound? So good !
Watching your videos is like ASMR to me. Really love your videos! 💙
When the unboxing was going on, I’d thought to myself “That ain’t cheap”, but when i clicked the link to the product, holy fuck
This is one of the most beautiful keyboards I've ever seen
That sound is Heaven
What's crazier than the keyboard is the fact that this song is literally Rogue's theme song from Sonic Adventure 2 Battle
Beautiful Design & Sound 👍🏻
Stunning board. I shudder to think what this is going to cost. 😆
between $340 and $500 RRP according to their website....
@@markockwell I'm shocked that it's that low.

Incredible board. Great build video!
This isn't a keyboard, this is an art piece.
Ergonomy starts when you can adjust the tilt including negative one (space higher than numeric keys).
I feel like this video alone is the reason every single one of these line are sold out right now

looks really cool but probably expensive as heck~ It just ooze of "Hello, I'm expensive"
I can't wait for this keyboard come out looks fantastic
I thought it was going to be white with art deco elements. The box is more artsy than the kb itself

Simply Amazing. Thank You for Sharing
This is just too good
Every aesthetic keyboard builder be wearing rings now because of Taeha Types.
dude, amazing video, and i need the tabs for that guitar playing in the background
was the packaging for PR or is that how all the units are shipping
this is a work of art!
Aside from the beautiful keyboard, what scissor is that? looks so nice!
Looks absolutely gorgeous! The alphas sound like warm summer rain, but I'm not a fan of the space bar. Perhaps put a different switch in there?

Anyone know what brand is that cable the creator using?
Thank you.
May i ask where you got the cable?
Clean and awesome video. :)
what mic do you have??

Это как в мультике про барона Мюнхаузена - "Спой птичка, не стыдись".

Не всё то золото, что блестит.
hope it will be 75% layout from this one. looks amazing😊
If I'm trying on this I expect to be called "Your Majesty"
Has an LCD screen but no numpad or most of the other keys for that matter?
Hi! Thanx for the video. The packaging is beautiful, but can we afford, in 2024, this amount of waste for only a keyboard? 😢
It's beautiful, and the customization looks insane. If the price is reasonable, I'll definitely pick one up. If it comes in at $600+, not so sure...
starting under 400!
@@alexvolkov7908yeah no still not worth it
Looks amazing but probably fader on the left will make it less comfortable
Wait, that huge logo with glossy surface is at the bottom? its gonna get scratch real fast...

Is this compatible with MacOS? Or is this optimized for Windows?
very nice!
Does anyone know how much this board is going to cost?
8/10. reason: the spacebar sound
Delicious!!!
honestly a beautiful board if only the display wasn't so choppy and it had an f row id buy it instantly

Why everything sold out?

When a Keyboard has a computer to operate a computer
remove the rectangle Thing under the Knob.
put the arrow keys centered unter the knob if possible.
if the knob a rotatable, u can remove the slider
Absolutely love the overall design and all, but the sound the keys made were way too emphasised.
omfg I need to get a job so I can afford this!
no F keys?
That side profile tho
