I struggled with it too. I then realized that I needed to remember that everyone needs a break. Pastors need sabbaticals especially. We shouldn't begrudge it. The next generation needs experience. As long as the Word is faithfully preached, we should be grateful they have such quality men to step in. Also, am I looking to hear from God or just wanting to hear a sermon from a man I enjoy listening to? (I mean no offense, just sharing the lesson that I had to learn.)
