Your jealousy will be replaced with love and generosity. Your frustration will be replaced by a sense of satisfaction. And your hatred will be replaced with unconditional, pure love.

According to the Vedas, Kirtan meditation is the simplest and most effective technique in this age of quarrel, chaos, and woes, known as Kali Yuga. Kirtan is generally practiced in call and response style, where one person will lead the kirtan by chanting a mantra, and others respond in unison, repeating the mantra.
