Prime Tony was something else, what got me into the UFC. My stomach just turned when watching Gaethje take his soul. The way he shook his head in the last round was just pure anxiety for me. He was never the same after that fight and it hurts.
I think what ruined Tony was himself; he always pushed himself too hard and never took proper care of his body when he was fighting. He never had a consistent team, his training methods were unorthodox, and his lifting form… don’t even need to talk abt that 😂 Tony is the definition of a real fighter; he would win by out-working you and simply wanting it more. Tony has an unbreakable spirit tbh
@@ZootedMMA That’s facts, i totally agree with you. And going into the Justin fight, with no coaching, surgery and double weight cut. Man that’s just too much, what was he thinking about?🤷🏼♂️
@ Tony should have never taken that fight, to begin with; he didn't need to. He was the consensus #1 contender for the belt; he already had the title shot locked in. He had a training camp for Khabib, a pure wrestler, and then fought Justin, a pure striker. A mixture of bad luck and bad decisions 🤷♂️
People who aren't even competing at MMA go through wars in the gym through hard sparring and just in general tbh. With Tony's popularity...he's probably getting a decent amount of money every fight compared to loads of fighters that are actually winning. Take a beating for more than 100 grand ? I'd take it
Tony literally sucks. Any reputation he did have is majorly overshadowed by his 8 losses in a row and 4 of those opponents sucked too. He totally has been exposed as always being overrated and he was nothing but short term hype once upon a time. You Tony riders are the worst for the sport. You should be praising the current real deal talent we have going on right now. They are a much higher level of excellence.

We forget how good Tony Ferguson was, after his recent consecutive losses. Both he and Pettis are legends, hopefully they age okay. But I think CTE will be a prevelant factor for most retired UFC stars.

Yeah I agree that fight was real bloody
Definitely the most brutal fight I’ve seen
lawler vs macdonald 2 is forever legendary
Agreed. When they stared at each other at the end of the round it gives me chills
Yup, two total warriors
When they stare at each other at the end of round 4, that is one of the most real moments I've ever seen in Mma and I've been watching forever.
Both guys were never the same, especially Rory. Respect.
Absolute warriors those 2
cain really did that in less than 4 mins
Bigfoot had crazy amount of scar tissue he was bleeding from every punch
Rory was never the same . Thanks for the best fight of all time. Unmatched
Maturing is realizing Nate Diaz absolutely won that second fight…. I remember watching it being a huge Connor fan, but god damn, Nate’s a beast.
*YALL DONT REALIZE HOW SCARY SOME OF THESE LEGENDS WERE WHEN THEY CAME UP*
UFC youtube content GOAT always dropping bangers. Give this man 50g’s Dana. These videos are more exiting than watching a Merab fight live.
Gunnar Nelson vs Cowboy Oliveira deserves to be on this video. That finish was disgustingly beautiful
That squirt of blood at 22:30 was insane! How does it even do that?!
extremely high heart rate and head has lots of blood
Man these older fights are amazing
I was the most into UFC back when I was in highschool into my early 20s...from like 04/05ish to mid 2010s
“Older” 😬 damn guess I’m getting up there lol
1:16 knee surgery you say

Rogan: "I'm amazed that Mazzagatti isn't having a doctor look at that."
Mazzagatti: * Leonardo DiCaprio face *
Only came to make sure that Velasquez vs Silva was in this. Good work UFC Media guy.
They’re missing Stephens vs Payan
Velasquez vs Bigfoot is something else. Pure domination from pillar to post.
Cain's beatdown of bigfoot looks like a crime scene
He literally left him in a pool of blood
Joe : the blood will make submission difficult, cause its slippery
Also Joe : the blood made the choke easier, cause its slippery
Depends on the submission, rear naked choke works well with sweat and blood to sink in. An arm bar requires more friction to hold on to the arm.
Whoever is running y’all’s youtube has done a great job the past few months
After bj and joe fight the ring looked like a murder scene lol
No Ferguson vs. Thomson?
Yeah that was definition of bloody
Oh that was ridiculous. He took Thompson's soul.
Ferguson vs Barboza
the best Tony fight
Jeremy Stephens vs Estevan Payan
Ferguson is such a legend. Rory took such a beating i am not surprised he retired. That said Lawler is a maniac.

Tony vs Josh Thompson probably the most blood ive seen in a ufc fight.
Man, win or lose, Tony F. is an animal
Conor McGregor versus Nate Diaz is what got me into the sport amazing fight⭐️
I'm surprised they put the Babalu fight in there. That performance got him banned from the UFC.
This was the best era of the UFC seeing Fighters BLEED, now they barley let em fight....
UFC started to be good in 2017-Present 🔥
That last fight...damn! I rewatched it a couple of times.
Over the weekend Myktybek Orolbai vs Mateusz Rebecki was a bloodbath. Mostly blood from Orolbai.
Tony the type of guy to reach 12 defeats in a row and demanding a title shot

Love the sportsmanship from Diaz, helping mcgregor up after the fight. Love to see it
