@@deboraabh THE PROCESS DEPENDS ON HOW FAST THE CLIENT PROVIDES THE DOCUMENTS AND END SUPPORT. The lowest Incubator fee is 10,000$US ITS NOT LIMITED TO - IF THE BUSINESS PLAN DOES NOT GET PICKED UP BY THEM -WE NEED TO TO GO ELSEWHERE. Besides our fee, business plan fee should also be considered. We have secured support letter in less than six months. It would though still be cheaper then what people spend on job offers. Just remember we are dealing with the Immigration Process of a developed country , legal paperwork and requirements take their own pace like Medical, IELTS, PCC etc. So ultimately one is required to be pro-active. So far risks are concerned the only risk I see is that people are trying to misuse the system here that sure does and can jeopardize the entire effort. So long you are serious and eager to get this help from the govt. and establish a successful business , you put efforts - you are good. It's not easy to get an investor for a business idea. How can #Husband and Wife both be given #OPEN #WORK PERMIT ? Not clear in the video ..wife and husband both getting Open work permit in startup visa ??? And HOW CAN YOU GET THE PR ? qualification, timeline and points are not clear
If husband gets the Principal applicant status - wife gets open work permit and if wife gets to be the Principal applicant for the startup the husband gets the open work permit- either way both can come together with kids so long the process is going for PR file. Hope that helps

Delhi office is NOT for consultation. It is only clerical staff. The immigration advise cannot be given by a non-Regulated person. It is considered serious offense. So none of my staff will give advise or talk about it.

What you said is not clear or may be wrong *Did not understand this clearly cause I know about some consultants in India, Dubai giving the same startup visa but this is not clear also the **#minimum** looks like is atleast **#250**,000 Canadian $ and we can't work in Canada we have to run the business there (the same startup which we went there for) and try to make money or invest more money !!*
Hi Ravi, Yes now they have started issuing LMIA for your own business. In all other business categories Govt. Takes a huge security deposit but the startup does not require that. So these incubators are helping to get us investors -who will invest in our business provided they like the idea, they see the potential, you too invest something. Startup also allows to come as Partners so all partners are looking forward to make this investment together -in a period of 2 years appx. about 300,000$.

@@deboraabh All those people who contacted me have spoken to me since then. Yes my files got approved. Investment is over a period not right away as in other business categories. There is no upfront security deposit as in other business categories.
@@hem209 are you NOT genuinely serious right cause this OPTION is available since a DECADE by most of the consultants in Canada and other countries - but the point is that the investment is huge and how do you earn (cause you can't earn any salary or money or job during this time as a startup visa and no work permit alone) as first year or second year in Canada even if you go under this scheme and how fast is the PR and the investment at any cost is 300 K which is 2 crore which you have to INVEST and that's a HUGE amount

AoA madam how are you madam I applied the start up visa canada PR from the Dubai . It's from fedral government of canada. Iccrc and also incubator approved . My biometric has been done 14 of march 2022 . Now till September is going on but there is no response . How much time is required for passport application. No, I am afraid without IELTS no point. You may try Owner operator Business option in your scenario.
No IELTS- No admission as Govt. Made it mandatory. Moreover it is not enough money to qualify any business category. Minimum is Manitoba with 150,000$ that is just the program, besides business plan, consultant fee, govt fee will be additional 50-60,000$
