Thanks nice vid. FWD switch is only there to calibrate the power you set (5, 20, 200). Swtich to REF and read the SWR from there. Thats the only concern in reading SWR. Ayaw nating mataas ang reflected power back to our rig. Hope this helps as well. Done subscribed! And More power!
Magandang araw po, boss. .
Hi, on the SX-200 radio tester which is rated for 1.8 MHz to 200 MHz, can it also test my air band antenna which has a frequency range of 118 MHzto 137 MHZ ? Also, is the DC power supply needed when doing the test? Or is the DC supply mainly needed to light up the screen of the meter? Thanks and hope to hear from you soon. Regards............ Jack
Thanks for your comments. For your question if you can use SX-200 for calibrating your your air band antenna 118 to 137 Mhz? My question is Are you able to Transmit on this frequency? Or Rx Only? Because most of this Frequency is Aircraft frequency. Is your answer is yes. Or if you have Tx and Rx on this Frequency absolutely you can use SX-200. Dc supply or Dc Jack the purpose is to light up only the power meter.

Ilang amperes?
Hm po yan sir
Sir pwede mag pa turo sa inyo..
Ng ano po?
