I wanted to know about breaks. Is it okay to take a break once a while? And how much is okay? I dont usually take short breaks even after 3-4 hours of studying, rather I study with rotating subjects then once in 10 days I go out to get some fresh air and have some snacks. Otherwise I dont even see my own house’s courtyard. Is it okay? My parents expect me to just study.
