@@planetdata5020 You've overwet the carpet. Do not clean it again or you will only prolong the smell of damp/dog. The smell you can smell is the bacteria under the carpet/underlay that is trapped. The dirty carpet then creates bacteria as the moisture cannot escape. If you try to wet clean it again, it will just take so much longer for the smell to go. You need to let it dry. It will get worse before it gets better. Can take nearly two weeks for it to go. Then a week later you can get the carpet professionally cleaned. I get around 50/60 emails or texts every year from people hiring out DIY machine, all saying the same thing. Thats why carpets should only be cleaned by the professionals using high powered carpet machines. Open windows and doors to get a good air flow going. I hope this helps. Thanks Darran
@@planetdata5020 no, machine is commercial use, and I know how much psi to put down cleaning carpets. Even with the commercial machines, it still can happen. If you go on a training course it would be better.

Sure. It’s actually meant for window cleaning. But we use it for pre spraying. 60psi pump - Variable Flow rate from 1.0lpm to 2.3lpm
Do you mind me asking how you stop the carpets from smelling damp ?
