While working as a rideshare driver in Las Vegas 2018, I had a fare with 5 women visiting from Guatemala. They explained there was rideshare in Guatemala, but it has to be done in secret. Rideshare drivers are attacked, or their cars are destroyed in the middle of the night. As a rideshare passenger you need to ride along in the front seat, as not to tip anyone off that you are in a rideshare vehicle. After watching this documentary, I have to imagine it is not just the cab drivers engaging in this behavior, but MS probably doing most of this terror. Sad that people making an honest living are already being exploited by corrupt governments, and they have to deal with these punks also. No respect for human life
since when did taxi drivers who profit from the needs of passengers and provide services at exorbitant prices become honest?
