Unfortunately, I do wonder if a subsequent physical altercation occurred and instead of grabbing her face, he grabbed her neck. It sounded as though she wigged out on him (per her own admission, his statement, and eyewitness accounts), which is what led up to what we're seeing in this video.

this fellow is responsible for the safety and well-being of this girl. They are not married to each other. An argument is all it took for this fellow to grab her by her face. Think about that. He did not put his hands on her to show her affection ... he grabbed her because he was frustrated and angry with her ... just as five and six year old children do. When asked ... he lied to the police and said he “pushed” her. Adults ... responsible adults, that claim to call each other ... “the love of their lives” ... do not respond in any kind of adverse physical manner. Basic relationship skills. I think after coming home without her ... this fellow has more than proven ...

Quick recap, I watched the whole cam footage. They pulled the couple over after they saw the van swerving into a curb along the road. They stepped out the van and got separated. It turned out that she punched his shoulder which resulted in him swerving. The police noticed bruising and scratching on Brian and after further questioning and observation they determinde that she was the main aggressor in the situation. They decided not to charge her for domestic violence but to seperate them for the night (including no phone contact) they let her leave with the van and took him to a hotel for the night.

Im an experienced family therapist. After watching the long detailed body cam on another site, these r my thoughts.
    * Despite handling the situation with calm compassion, the cops made no attempt to find out if she had a safe place to go for the night, like a motel room. They had ordered them both to stay separated for the night to relax and decompress. However, they took the boyfriend to a motel and left her alone with her van to fend for herself, despite how upset and fragile she was. They didnt assist her in finding any kind of emotional support and that really concerns me.
Its possible that she may hv been abducted by a predator, considering her state of mind.
What really stood out was how friendly, apologetic, and cooperative the boyfriend was with the cops versus how completely uncooperative he is weeks later in possession of her van, and safely back home in Florida without her.
    VERY DISTURBING INDEED 💔.
