Onion Cutting Lesson: cut onion in half from root to point. Turn one half with cut part flat on cutting board. Then slice. This makes it stable when slicing with less chance of wobble or slipping. Save other half of onion for next meal. ❤
If you're looking for a possible cooking upgrade, check out the newish Blackstone 22in griddle. It's smaller and non stick but still works awesome on the go. Small enough to be portable in my civic and excellent cooking for one to a few people.
I got caught up with your adventures yesterday. Been at my off grid remote cabin near the Canadian border till the snow ran us off the mountain…didn’t want to get stuck with no way out. Have fun there buddy!
Hey Timmy I would like to tell you if you always park with your camper door facing east when it rains you won't get wet good advice from old man have fun be safe be careful and above all keep the rubber side down
Timothy, I know you are safe, you’re traveling is fantastic, I enjoy your travels in the areas you travel, I have many friends here in North West Georgia that are following you now, I’ve organized a chat with them, we all like it, Jeffery Graham, Ringgold Georgia.
Tim....You can be wherever you want to go. Do what you want to do, as long as you are happy. We'll always be here, I locked in on your channel when you were camping nearby your hometown. I can guarantee I'm not going nowhere. I might be late to your updates but I do catch up asap.
Hi Timmy! Just got back from visiting my hometown and family in Aspen, Colorado. Back to Las Vegas and we love you here! Sending love from Vegas🌞❤️🌞❤️🌞❤️
Timmy, get a proper cutting board and keep your knife sharp. You're making Oklahoma Onion burgers, so slice the onions nice and thin and salt them about 30 minutes before you're going to cook. This will draw out moisture and allow the onions to brown up better. Get the griddle hot, onions on FIRST, then the patty on top of them. Smash. flip, then add cheese. A sharp knife will also reduce the tears when cutting the onion since you're not bruising it as much.
Rafted in Buena Vista this past summer with my family. Very nice part of CO. Although being a Texan the elevation was no joke. Alaska is on my travel list next year.

Happy to see you’re enjoying my home state so much! ❤ If you ever need info or help from a Colorado native around your age, let me know, Tim. You’re wandering through my stomping grounds and even passing by some of my properties at times! :) Happy to provide my email
The first step in dicing an onion properly.....go put the same style shoe on both feet! Either put the Crocks on both feet or the flip flop, but you can't wear one of each! Its the LAW!
Great video. Regarding the onions, I’d say start with a sharper knife so you don’t need as much pressure to cut.
Never ceases to amaze me where you go with your truck, it being so top heavy. Your so lucky to be living the good life man!

And possibly cut on a slightly lower surface. That looked awkward, but it might not be for you.

Good morning all!
You guys have a complete different way of what we call a smashburger. Ours are paper thin and so much better than just onions.

There’s a company that sells after market fittings for those little green propane bottles. You can refill them off of your bigger tank.

This guy gave a full on speech.
Also make sure you have sharp knife, there is a high risk of hurting yourself with a blunt knife
The new hat is a great look for you.
Thanks! @SixHandHats in Taos New Mexico custom makes them (watch the last video to see it being made)

Hi Tim👋
Hippies LOL..Looks fun as heak
I believe Tim is posting in the order he does for obvious reasons
Why not just squish onions in wirh the meat and then reform the patties.
I envy your life
Love all these videos but I wish you'd post them in order...lol
When are you heading back to Alaska?
This one was accidentally put out of order, everything else except for the north carolina flood video is in order;)
Seems like I've seen this video before. 🤔
한국인은, 이상하다. 아마, 극복을 하는, ㅎㅎㅎ 땡스 포유어 헬프^^
