@XW It's because that even if I see a sad video, even if I think about the universe, even if my bf tells me about someone he knew has killed himself or even if I hear something a little bit sad in a song or a story, I can get a panic attack and my parents hate when I run around the house and scream uncontrollably. And to be honest, I've tried several things to get rid of it, but then I saw a sad video or whatever.. and I got a panic attack again. Yes, people say "not think about it, do all the good things" and stuff, but how can I do that when I literally have almost nothing that keeps me in a good mood for a long time and does not let me think about anything bad? And sometimes even when I do something that keeps me in a good mood, I can get a panic attack. I think that it's just slowly taking control of my life and I can do absolutely nothing to stop it. (Well, almost nothing.. but I just did not find the way to get rid of it yet.) Maybe I also have to stop watching reels, shorts and stuff like that for some time. Sometimes I spend too much time watching them. But thank you for the tips. I never tried to find any real help because I was ashamed of it and scared that the people who are supposed to help me might make fun of me. Now that I know someone other's opinion on it that's not anything bad for me, I feel better about it. And by the way, I didn't know it exists only since 2020. I thought it was always there.
