Are they allowing drone flights now? I was under the impression drone operations were illegal in State Parks. I have been a UAS pilot for years and one of the things we were warned about was State / Federal parks, or sustaining a flight over a place where people may gather while uncovered. Guess I will have to give it a shot..

We were at Nana’s RV Park on the Frio…right next door to Parkview…Summer 2021….That was a pretty good year compared to 2022…NO WATER !!….but we did enjoy swimming around the park area. We are here now again…Nana’s and the water is decent…but still a far cry from 2022…..Hopefully next year may be better. Enjoyed!!! Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for your comment! I love hearing that someone enjoyed my video! 😊 I've stayed at Nina's twice, and it never disappoints. Just gotta watch out for critters like scorpions. I also recommend wearing water shoes; they were a lifesaver!

It's a spot only accessible from the river. We did the "Happy Hollow" float and used their tube shuttle service. I hope that helps! www.onthefrio.com/tube-and-kayak-rentals

I believe so. I think there’s an $8 fee to enter though. Here’s a link to a website with some helpful info.
