I'm actually flying to Canada next month. This video is really helpful because I've been looking for youtube videos regarding phone plans. Also, your channel is really a big help to me when I was preparing to apply for my application. Thank you! I hope you post more contents similar to this. 🥰
Hi! Very nice video. I hope you can feature which cellphone brands that works in Canada. I know Samsung and iPhones is ok... but Can you tell us if Asian brands like Huawei, Oppo, Vivo would work as well? Thank you and More power.
Thanks for your feedback. Looks like 2 GSM bands, 3 UMTS bands, and 9 LTE bands is what is used in Canada. I found this website where you can check compatibility for Canada: www.frequencycheck.com/countries/canada#:~:text=Mobile%20networks%20and%20carriers%20in,the%20tables%20below%20for%20details.
I was considering Freedom Mobile as a friend said it’s cheaper than my Telus. You say Freedom is the worst so I may just keep Telus. I currently live in a small town of Campbellford , Ontario .
@@studyliveexplorecaI did try to join Freedom mobile with their website but I’ve tried over 10 times !!! It just keeps telling me something unusual happened ?? My card was very good too !! Maybe Koodo …
Sorry just updated the links www.ratehub.ca/telecom/mobile if you scroll down here there is an interactive map :) www.whistleout.ca/CellPhones/Guides/Best-Cell-Phone-Coverage-in-Alberta
Hello! Can I ask about getting Letter of Acceptance in NSCC ma’am? I already passed my IELTS and do I need to contact the test centre to submit my results or Can I just scan it and submit it to NSCC? sorry if it’s not related to the video. Thanks in advance maam
Hi, You have to submit it to the school yourself, that's what I did. I think IELTS has an option to have a copy sent to the school as well, but I believe that you have to inform them before you take the test. I would check with IELTS.

Yes, for me its the worst! I like going to remote places, and most of the time I don’t have a signal, so my 10GB data is actually useless lol

@@studyliveexploreca I finally changed my provider to Koodo and it’s going to save me $31 per month for a 40 Gig plan that does cover where I am.
