I just want you to know how disrespectful I feel.. I haven't been in the gym in about 3 months (went back to college whoo) and I walked into the gym as if I never took a break aside from taking a huge step down in the weight I used. MA'AM I did this workout on Monday, it is now Thursday AND I AM STILL SO SORE. All over my booty, all up in my hammies, all over my quads. I underestimated the power of this workout. Love you but also kind of hate you... but also love you. My booty thanks you so much. (if anyone comes for me about stretching... don't. I warmed up and stretched and have continued to stretch every day tysm)

Your booty gains are serious goals! I did a HIIT Leg day similar to this a few days ago and I was DEAD! I've heard criticism that doing HIIT during a lift day is not productive, because you loose some of your stamina and cant lift as much. What are your thoughts on this? If I am more worried about fat loss right now, I would imagine I should do more HIIT! Love you so much!
Hitt is so u dont lose muscle mass.. if ur worried about fat loss only, increase cardio 5x a week.. once u start building muscle, add Hiit back in AFTER weight training or on non- wht trading days!
Rachel Clark, HIIT is great if you want to loose weight or help improve your health and heart. It depends on your overall fitness journey / goals. People who are working on building muscle mass tend to do less Cardio/HIIT because their goals are to gain muscle mass, but they do sometimes incorporate LISS (Low Intensity Steady State) on some days and HIIT whenever they can especially if their looking to lean out. Main point to my explanation is it just depends on your own fitness journey and goals.
None of these people are right, I work as a personal trainer and it doesn't matter how you incorporate it, but I always suggest that you train 30 minutes of cardio after weightlifting, it doesn't allow muscle breakdown and you still get the benefit of shredding fat off the muscles you just weight trained. If you can't picture yourself doing a full 30 minutes of cardio after weightlifting then incorporate it before your weightlifting session, say, 10-15 minutes cardio or hiit of your choice as a warmup, and when you're done weightlifting, finish off with whatever remaining amount of time you need to hit 30 minutes cardio. Anymore than 30 minutes you risk burning muscle as fuel. Make sure you give it your all during your cardio sesh so that you can reap the benefits of both getting stronger, and getting lean at the same time!

Could you do a video on how you recuperate from constant training and in it talk about how to give your body TLC after pushing it so hard, and, as well, address what exercises/stretches you do to target areas that can be effected while working out like your knees, back and hips? I recently have been having knee problems that don't necessarily have to do with my training but I do end up feeling while training and I was just wondering if you had a ways to deal with that so that its not taking away from my training or had any ideas to strengthen the parts of my body sometimes neglect.
