I like how Shebah used her left hand to help lift her head when she was doing the exercise where she was on the floor, reaching up toward the ceiling with her right hand. My neck isn't in great shape, and for that reason, I had been avoiding situps. But supporting my head relieved the neck pain. Thank you.
