Wow this is Hamilton my hometown it looks like. My location toys r us is across from the mall. I didn't see any closing signs yet. I hope nothing happens. 😢 I live uptown
Oh dam! Good eye! It's Stoney creek location that's where I live! Yeah, from what I hear they are picking certain ones to close and keeping certain ones open and I think the one uptown it always has better stock and stuff so I think they consider that like the head one here so I think that one's gonna stay open for a while. I'm losing my childhood we lost the Disney store now toys are us? how long were they planning on closing? How long was this going on? This isn't a nice news to see during the Christmas season😔

Sadly can't go in the Stony Creek store anymore. Of course I would like to buy something in there for the last time look in there for last time. But I can't. But at least I can watch it on your RUclips. Bring me in toys r us make it feel like I'm there. That's what I love about RUclips.

@@RetroCollectables I'm glad I got to see it on RUclips thank you you can make a video on it's very last day. I'm so glad RUclips and social media is a thing. And the phones.. the last day is going to be depressing seeing the shelves all empty. Looking at those signs are depressing 😔 it won't be the same without a toy are us. I don't want toys r us to close. Toys r us has everything almost. But I'm hoping i'll see these toys in different stores. So I can still buy them. I'm wondering what they're going to put up after it closes are they tearing the building down or they're going to put something a new name up ? Or is going to be abanded?

Yeah, we have two here and one of them is closing. That sucks. It's one less option for us all.

Yeah buddy apparently some other locations are closing too. The one on upper James in Hamilton will remain open for now
