This tarot reading resonates with me wholeheartedly. I’m currently chronically single and have been dealing with a past person who used to be a friend of mine who is a Sagittarius. He made me believe that we had a future, he led me on, kept me on hold and breadcrumbed, ghosted, lied… I built him up, he tore me down. He’d take everything and disappear. He never gave anything back. I found out that he was betraying me. And he wasn’t interested in love, because I loved him unconditionally; and he didn’t reciprocate that love. He was only interested in what I could offer him. He was a taker, not a giver. He was maliciously envious of me but would act like he admired me. He was competing with me, he wanted everything I had. He saw me as a “service provider”, I didn’t mean anything to him, while he meant the world to me.
He was a manipulative, heartless person who intentionally hurt me to keep me under his control. He lied and ruined my reputation to isolate me. I've overcome this trauma but still struggle with trust issues.
