Would absolutely love more pregnancy content. Especially as someone whose been vegan for nine years, and I just turned 30 this month, so this content feels very relatable. I’m not a mom yet, but I definitely want to be one some day. Kinda get to live vicariously through you. Thank you, Stef!
I'm 34 and have a 10 year old. I'm was definitely hoping this was gonna turn into another Sarah's day channel. I had my baby before sarah and loved watching her motherhood journey.
I'm 28 weeks pregnant, I am stoked for you! It's nice seeing a fav RUclipsr that I have followed you when you were eating raw, and making nice cream bowls :).
Stefanie, I've been following you for a few years (as a vegan and fitness enthusiast), and I'm very happy that you're deciding to talk about your pregnancy. Bless you for being so kind and thoughtful of others. We might try to get pregnant too this year (I'm 34 and had an early miscarriage last year). I'm looking forward to follow your journey, especially the fitness/food side of it! Don't be shy to talk about it! :)
Hi Stephanie, biggest congrats in your pregnancy ♥️ definitely share more! You could do a summary of trimester 2 and a summary of trimester 3 or something xx
Long time subscriber here, absolutely stoked for you guys!! Personally love pregnancy content I find it so interesting as it’s a chapter of my life I’m very much looking forward to, so the more pregnancy content the better imo 😂 congratulations ❤️
i’m the “show me everything” team!! i want to see it alllll!! let us know how the pregnancy is going all the time, i absolutely adore you. congratulations ♥️
I don't really like pregnancy videos. But I would LOVE to see your journey! I'm so happy for you! You're doing amazing. And this was a really nice video to watch
I am so excited for you!! Please share as much as you are comfortable with! I love the mommy vlog content from the fellow vegans! You are living my dream
Happy for you! I'm here for whatever you share but as a mom of a 1 year old boy I do love to watch your content to also get a break from being a mum🙈❤️
I am so glad that you are going to share bits and bobs of your pregnancy journey and not have it take over. And even if you change your mind and share a lot I will still watch for sure! I think maybe it depends on the stage of life the subscriber may be in that makes them feel one way or the other. I am an older subscriber and from what I have noticed is that once a health and fitness person on RUclips is pregnant it seems to take over their content and although I do love updates(like the nursery, how they are eating, workouts) I also love just a regular video. Lol. Gosh I hope that makes sense. And I really do understand that a lot people do love them. Especially if they are also pregnant or new moms! ❤
Would love to see your pregnancy and motherhood journey! I’m at that stage of life where I need to figure out if it’s for me or not so the more info the better!
I want to see allll the updates 😊. I wish my nausea would have been as short as yours! But I'll be thankful as some people have it for the full 9 months 😱
I have been a follower/fan since like 2016 or so and you are amazing!!!! You are such an inspiration to me and I am so excited to keep following you 😀😄
hi stef im a long time viewer that has never commented before and checks in every now and again and i loved this video even though im currently not pregnant or anywhere close to that. I wanna see it all! you're a great story teller.
I am also pregnant (16 weeks) and I am so excited to follow your journey at the same time! 🎉 Had the same symptoms so far but impossible for me to work out or even just walk some of the weeks!
Congratulations to both of you! As a vegan who is still on the fence about having children I'd be interested in seeing any additional supplements, hacks and other products you use for yourself and the baby when it arrives.
Huge congratulations!! I’m so excited to follow along and see this channel evolve. I love your more laid back relax approach and not denying yourself cravings. I love your honesty. I think you’re gonna be a great mum and a great role model. And going to have a beautiful family💗 I’m curious and obviously don’t have to share if you don’t want to but do you plan on taking extra iron or any extra supplements for your pregnancy. I’ve heard a lot of vegans temporarily consumed animal products during their pregnancy and breastfeeding for the easier absorption rates of nutrients. Also do you think you may raise your child vegan? Do you have any names picked? 🍼 Not sure if you’ve said or if you’d want to share but are you vaccinated?
I hope you can keep working out into your third trimester. I personally still play tennis & do aerobic exercise upto i was 6 months pregnant. I switched to yoga after that, coz i felt heavy. Now both my kids are grown up.
I got super lucky with my currently pregnancy. Zero morning sickness, no nausea....it was HEAVEN. This was not the case with my other 2 pregnancies! haha My son is almost 12 and my daughter is turning 9 on Sunday so I kind of feel like a newbie at this again because it's been so long! I personally would LOVE pregnancy content. Especially since we're due around the same time and are at the same stage in our pregnancies. Also! Once your bump starts growing, you won't be able to sleep on your back anymore. It's recommended to sleep on your left side, so maybe start trying to get used to that now? I hope you continue to feel great during the rest of your pregnancy. 🥰
Love love love! You definitely need to do more videos about the changes that you are going through; I am a male and this is such good education for me just seeing what you are going through and your personal experiences. Congrats on the pregnancy to you and Adam! Can’t wait to see more videos ❤
Honestly pregnancy videos really are a tough watch, for all sorts of reasons 💔, but oh my I still love watching them. Just so nice to see people excited and happy and that early stage 🥰. Especially when you’ve followed someone’s journey.
I've had sucha similar experience to you almost to a T lol. I'm 13 weeks with my first baby and have been vegan for 8 years. I also suffered lots of nausea from early on and extreme exhaustion. Weeks 7-10/11 were the worst for me. I was like you and couldn't eat any cooked vegetables or cooked dinners. I loved fruit, smoothies, oatmeal, rice cakes, and plain cheerios with soy milk. Just in the last week I have been able to eat a bit more normal again and cook normal meals. I also could not eat Tofu! It grossed me out. The sense of smell is also terrible- its so strong- especially in the lunch room at work. I banned my husband from making a few things in the house because it smelled too bad. I'd love to see pregnancy content related to veganism and health & fitness- supplements, workout modifications, high protein meals, vegan foods to get essential nutrients like iron, folate, calcium and vitamin D, etc. I've done a lot of research on those things and I think it would be helpful/ relatable to a lot of other vegan pregnant mommas !
I appreciate you don't want to flood us with the mummy content! Although I have 2 primary school-aged kids and love them I'm done with that baby/pregnancy stage of life, and I get bored pretty quickly with that type of content. Although, fitness-related information like eating for pregnancy, working out for pregnancy, working out when you have young kids... I feel like that sort of content is actually really hard to find on youtube and it would still interest me even though that stage of my life is over.
It did triggered me 🥹 but you know we should as people should always want to see the best for someone else. So it’s time to stop being selfish and watch your video.☺️ congratulation and excited for your new adventure ☺️
Omg if you STILL want chocolate milkshake. Get some vegan vanilla ice cream and add in oatly chocolate milk 🥰 if your feeling like that isn’t even chocolaty enough! Swap the vanilla ice cream for Ben and jerrys vegan chocolate browny ❤
I was nauseated my whole pregnancy from beginning to end. I couldn't eat anything small to help because I would throw up. I was throwing up water as well. I had to be on ondasterone dissolvable pills to help me.
I knew when I was pregnant that it wasn’t my period bc my nips and boobs are sooooo sore, like ridiculously sore! It really was so different from the soreness I would get pre period. So being in tune with your body is useful for many things. 😂
I'd love to see as much pregnancy content as you're comfortable sharing! One question I had is: Have you always wanted kids? I feel like I saw a video of yours a while ago where you said you didn't want kids, but I could be confusing you with someone else. 😂 And there's no hate intended there, I'm just genuinely curious! 💜
I got pregnant also in November but sadly had a miscarriage in January 😢 as a vegan that also goes to the gym I would be interested to know it all. We are going to try again 🌈
MAKE TAKING BLOOD EASY! I hate them, always have always will. They can never get blood and have to do it about 3 times. UNTIL I found what helps. 1) make sure your hydrated and when I mean hydrated I mean drink an absolute quarry of water before the test. Makes the veins plump 🥰 2) make sure your hot just before it’s taken. The hotter you are the better (obviously not sweating profusely 😂 to the point you feel faint). When you hot the veins go to the surface making the veins easy to find and enter. 3) eat! Not eating can make you feel faint if you don’t like injections etc
Being vegan, will your child be raised vegan? That's my biggest issue with my partner who isn't vegan. I have been vegan for 8 years and don't see anything wrong with the lifestyle as long as you're on top of your health. Being pregnant is a huge fear of mine, it's nice to see you being so positive about it.
I believe that your scared of your gaining weight and loosing your fitness goals. Having a baby, changes everything in life. Keep in mind that you will never go back as you were. And another thing, do never and ever tell people how to do this and that wild being pregnant, there's lots and lots of people that as being pregnant way and a million times longer than you.
I am not naive and 100% aware my body will change whilst being pregnant and will not go back to the exact same as it was pre pregnancy, but I am also educated to know how to train and eat for my goals and know I will over time be able to get into a fitness aesthetic shape again , a different one from now but still near to it 😊 I also know that I have different phases of life and having abs again will not be a goal for a long time, looking after a baby and myself will be the goal and fitness will return eventually 😇
Hey from.Canada Stefanie! You'll only be more relatable for me now that you'll be a mom! 💪 Always look to you for healthy inspo. Gained like 70lbs after my second child ...staying home is a lot less movement than im used to, and the food has always been the issue though I'm vegetarian. It's very ok and normal for everything to be about the baby for awhile though.. like it or not 🤣 if you breastfeed there may come a time that you feel like a milk machine who isn't a person and only exists for the baby... 🤍 Don't worry it gets much easier.u are allowed to document and enjoy your life! P.s. it's literally impossible to eat greens in the first trimester even in a smoothie... Why would nature do that to us?
@@NaturallyStefanieyou've got this 💪 also .. stretch your lower back while you still can. That's probably the most valuable advice I have 🤣 once the belly is in the way, it's very irritating!
Happened that to me too! I use to love brocolli cauliflower spinach but when I got pregnant with my first omg! Only the smell of that make Mr piuk 🤮🤮 the other thing that I hated it was fries but from a bag, if it was like natural fries no problem, but from the bag? 🫠🫠🫠🫠 thank God that went away 🤣
