For anyone who was thinking about getting the game, it is now on Xbox Game Pass on Xbox and PC. I definitely recommend getting game pass, its an absolute bargain. You should be able to sign up for $1. Cheers, Curtis
20 is good but 19 is better. The engine management mode in 20 makes it feel like an F1 game where you're managing fuel delivery moment to moment. Boring busy work that takes focus away from flat out racing. Editing is better too and 19 doesn't continuously boot me from milestone servers, resetting my rider number and giving me a crap helmet..
I never played 19 so I'll have to take your word for it. I found the engine mapping to be ok, soon as you see it getting a bit low, just switch it over and vice versa. I love tech stuff though. Servers? That sounds bloody frustrating
Good review. But I personally don't care about the cardboard crowd in a racing game, and their faces are irrelevant too. As long as the handling is spot on and the A.I. is up to scratch. Then its all good.
Been searching for a good motorbike racing game (or just racing in general) after getting Need4Speed Rivals (I think was the name) Would you recommend this game? Or others maybe?
For motorbikes, I recommend this, Ride 3 & 4, MXGP and TT Isle of Man 2. For racing in general, you can't go past Forza Horizon 4, it's the best racing game
It's absolutely unplayable no wonder it's on gamepass pity I like the vibe and the career but when you have to press rewind non stop and can barely complete laps it's uninstall time 🤷♂️
Ok just had a look, it appears to be all about rider aids and engine braking. I play with no brake assist and no linked brakes, so you have to control the rear brake yourself. Seems to be able to get the rear out by doing that. Hope that helps!
