I missed the live but am watching the video. I so wish I could comment about a retreat. I would love to come!
All of those batts look so beautiful. It is great to learn about color mixing this way. I tend to always go for similar colors and this is teaching me about other possibilities and the pop of contrast colors. Thank you for sharing.
The sari silk really made the 1st batt pop! Isn't it amazing how so many colors look good together. Blessings.
I never make the batt lives, but they are my favorites of all the RUclips stuff out there👏👏👏! Thank you 😊
Thanks for this, Trish. I really enjoyed watching you drumcarding and also all the chat. I was weaving a bath mat while I watched! 😊
I could watch you make batts all day. I think I could go overboard making them. Blend, spin, knit repeat.
Missed you live, I was at my granddaughter’s dance competition. Those batts are beautiful.
Missed the live again. I especially loved the last batt.
I'm so glad you went with the coral!! Totally a mermaid theme.
Love the colours of the batts. I have been dying bfl and angora goat, ready for making batts.
Beautiful batts! Love the last one!
Sorry I missed you live 😢 that red one is gorgeous! ❤❤❤
Oh, I love these episodes when you’re making the batts!
I also would love to see how the yarn is looking when you’ve spun it up.
Is there a possibility that you could make a batt and then spin it in the same episode? I’m pretty new to spinning, and I’m spinning from fleece, and sometimes I have dyed the wool with plants before I spin it. But I don’t have experience with batts, i mean to see a batt and understand how the yarn will look, so if you could do that some time would be just awesome!!
Thanks 🌸🌟
I love the multicolored bling🥰🎊
This was so fun! They all turned out so good!
When you put the silver sari silk on I thought of a meteor shower! Pretty!
Watching this on Monday morning. My weaving guild starts up next month, and I am REALLY going to learn how to spin!!!
I have missed so many lives lately due to all kinds of health issues but I'm so glad to see you and I'm catching up today
My favorite was the Mermaid. Beautiful!!!
Great colors! Love the mermaid one!
Late watching this but I see why the red batt was snatched up. SOOOO pretty! Wait how was the brown/red batt still in the shop!!! Not anymore lol.
I just helped with my employers first retreat. It was better than anticipated. But I hope you aren’t too fearful. If anyone is disappointed that will make room for others for next time!
Beautiful batts, i alway learn from you.
Such pretty batts!
I couldn't make it to the Live. Saturday is family game day and we were just getting started when you went live. I'll catch up with y'all on Sunday.
Hi I’m Christine. Love love love watching you make batts! Wondering if you do any neutrals? The bright colors are so great but when I picture myself wearing something spun and knitted from those I feel like it would not look right on me. Not everyone can pull off bright colors. 🤪
My favorite was reds & black w sparkle!
yay deb d for batt kits!!
LOL! Yes, my husband was born the year of the rabbit ('75) and he burns on contact with the sun! (Vampiric pink bunny)
sorry to miss. i know there will be other times. could use it today ...
I hope the replay helps a little ❤️

It’s funny you said “I do it anyway-I just do it afraid” or something like that. I heard almost the exact same thing from Elyse Myers the other day - I think on one of her podcasts. She has big time social anxiety and talks about not conquering it but working despite the fear. Have you listened to her?
I've seen some of her short videos but never listened to her podcast.
@@FiberLoveDiary I think that just shows how brave we chickens really are. If we are afraid- but still work through it- that means we do super big bravery!
Does use of the sparkly fibers make the yarn more fragile?
