My workout partner right now.... 2 months in and thats them. Im making gains and building momentum. Have been fortunate enough to pick brains and sometimes lift with some local professional amateurs. Start personal training tomorrow even!

I've been building a home gym over the last year and I finally have all the stuff to allow making a lot of training choices. Now training every evening since taking rests when needed. Iv put on 6kg and filling my shirts in the right places and now very happy 😃 currently 92kg at 5ft10 my goal is 100kg. I am also vegetarian and have never been able to eat meat. It is what it is. So I eat a lot of dairy and veggie sources of protein like seitan but I do eggs.

The key is strawberries on your oats or your cream of rice... that along with half an avocado on your eggs 🥚

Eating more was the biggest game changer for me.. I always ate like 4 or 5 times a day but when I consciously made the effort to go for 6 to 7 I grew
