Natural men’s physique reminds me of the early days of men’s physique in like 2012. Now the pro guys are almost as big as the classic physique guys (key word almost)
Not almost, some of them are actually, they need a year to catch up on legs. Some of those guys don’t even need to catch up on legs to place top 10 in classic. It’s ridiculous
pro men's physique nowadays are just Classic physique without the legs. But their upper body can be much bigger than those Classic guys because they focus on the upper body more.
The first quote I ever learned about natural bodybuilding is "natural is if you don't get caught". Natural physiques are for the beach, not for the stage.
As a guy who has done both it’s not as bad as you think. Especially if you started your journey Naturally and have a base. The difference for me was 30 pounds of tissue. At 6’4 I competed at 245 now I’m 220 and compete at around 215. For at least a year you will look and feel terrible as you body try to find equilibrium again. Hope this helps.

He needs to stop opening up his upper body when he poses. He's just so thin then he stretches up and out making him look thinner. There's just so much space in all his poses. He needs to tighten and close up his posing for a better illusion

I still don’t understand the posing of the surfboard shorts competition. The arms just flap on the sides of the body. Make a separate competition for fitness men and women and leave the bodybuilding shows with bodybuilders.

Quinton wants to look clean. You can easily gain 20lbs in a year with insulin but that's not quality muscle at all. Milos can't get Quinton quality size. Quality size takes much longer to accomplish.

Shawn rhoden was 5’10” in 2018 which is 0.5” taller than dorian was in 97, and he won 21 years agter dorian, just because the last 2 olympia winners are 5’6 doesnt mean they all are. Ramy was 5’8.5” and phil was 5’7”. You clearly know nothing about bodybuilding, you act like after ‘97 only 5’2” guys have won the olympia.

Not take the copious ammounts of gear and get 20 pounds heavier than his biggest ever, to compete in IFBB I think its quite obvious why he gave up the pro card and did this show. Its about wheather or not he should have been allowed to, and the answer is no. Doing trt after gear, give you healthy hormone levels, and your past muscle memory does give a HUGE advantage. Nathan's legs are longer. Nicks got conditioning and size going for him. Some great arms and hamstrings. But his proportions are off.
