A : The purpose of the afternoon session is first to address that Survival Human Rights in Global Civil Society can be guaranteed by the blockchain technology which is the core technology in the 4th industrial revolution era and second to suggest the ethical instruction of development direction in the whole world and finally it is the historic opportunity in the entire human history.

ISEA Foundation has decided to mount Survival Money System in Blockchain MobiDollar for Survival Human Rights. The elements of Survival Human Rights are “Zero-hunger (Survival Money)”, “Sleep (Provision of Sleeping place)”, “Emergency Medical Service (Transfer patient to hospital when emergency)”, “Movement (The right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state)”, “Communication (Free to call with family, friends and other person or organizations)”, “Education (For self-development and growth as a human being)” and “Information (About any government or organization, Products or Cultures that are needed to be informed between individuals or institutions). ISEA Foundation is to extend the category of Survival Human Rights with these elements.
