@@seahawkfan4143as long as we’re leading by 4 or more in the last few minutes of the game I think we win. We have to get them in situations where they have to throw.
Charb is a very good 3rd down back. I saw some video breakdowns of his blocking and how he even abandoned a fake handoff to protect Geno’s blindside. He’s good on the perimeter and in space. I’d honestly like to see more Kenny on early downs if he’s good to go.
Same! At least to start the game. Let's see what Mcintosh can do. He is also a passing game threat so there is the opportunity to sow some confusion on early downs. Let Charb do his third down thing.
I’d imagine it’s going to be the 3rd straight gameplan we’re facing where the quarterback we’re facing is protected by a heavy run scheme, short passing game and max protection approach. It would probably suit us best to challenge Skylar to beat us down field, the same way we did it with Nix and Brissett. Now, they might have the best pair of deep threats in football…but Achane is the man we have to stop to secure this win. Hes a monstrous weapon, especially in the type approach I expect them to take. Gonna get 25+ touches unless we shut him down like we did J Williams week 1. We defend RBs in the passing game better than any team in football so far, we need that to continue! Go hawks. Let’s get this 3-0 start knocked out.
@@ventz34 I have watched every hawks game since Curt Warner was the RB. Obviously once every 5 years we do. My point, which clearly you didn’t understand, is we always barely win. We don’t often blow out our opponent.
After seeing how the Jets handled the Patriots I have less confidence in the Hawks. Granted, the Patriots were on the road and it was a Thursday night game, but still.
I know in the past we haven’t played amazing against back up QBs. But that was the Pete Carroll. This is the Mike Macdonald era, you gotta take advantage of the back up QBs, I don’t care who it is. A back up QB is a back up QB for a reason. GO HAWKS!💙💚
I think our offense can help out the defense by staying on the field and having long drives. Knowing the defense is going into a slugfest vs a ground and pound game plan from Miami. And I think the thing with Charbonnet is not getting down on him....but he can't play the whole game. You wouldn't want Walker out there the entire game, so why would you want our 2nd string rb to play the entire game. And your stats showing he never ran to the right side....it's mind-blowing lol. Give him a break and send out McIntosh for some runs or screens, he's 1 for 1 in blocking so far. I'd like to see a 70-30 or even a 80-20 split between the backs.
I don't think we should dismiss their passing game. Chuck it as far as you throw it to Hill on a go route is a valid strategy. I know we have fast dbs but Tyreek had another level.
I'd agree. It will show, that the Hawks win vs the Broncos and Pats, were a matter of getting lucky. Plus, it might change the narrative that Brendon thinks that the Seahawks are such a great team.
Im curbing my expectations. Looking ahead at the schedule we have some "easier" games coming up so a loss this week isn't a huge deal assuming we make up the wins later. But this team just doesnt feel quite there yet. lots of rookie mistakes, the O-line needs to be better at run blocking. Having a multi threat offence is critical imo and we just don't run well enough without Walker. Defence will likely keep the score close.
That’s all they going to be able to get. Is short underneath stuff, screens ect. Yes there will be a lot of stuff. They need to get charbonet on the edges in 1 on 1 situations I wish they would throw a toss play for once or run him to the weak side… but they havnt done that.
Waddel will be shut down going against reek, but the tight end could get off, if they are smart enough to attack that, they’ll score more than 23- they’ll put up 30 our defense will score this game
I Love Seattle but Miami will grind us down with 2 good RBs..1st 2 games we gave up tons of yards on run defense..think Denver run 180 yards or something like that..Miami covers we will win 9 or 10 games this won't be one of them..Dont forget Skyler can run also and he will probably gain more yards on the ground then #26...Go Hawks though.
Brendon, again, I am surprised, that with all your college tape that you watch, that you would know, that Skylar Thompson has a strong arm and can throw deep. (I say that with your takes on Tua that you think he is not a good QB. I got some guys who study film tape on a consistent level that would correct your opinion.) So why you said that is not going to happen, that may be corrected. I believe, Alian Poupart (Sports Illustrated) for the Miami Dolphins, said this, on when he collaborated with The Hawk's Next. Alain Poupart has said this often on his podcast. Now, I am not saying, that Skylar will be the Seahawks, defense, but, I'd expect a few deep passes to Hill and maybe Waddle. If anything, it's the Fins interior Oline, is a huge weakness. They can't give the QB more time to view all his options, regardless of if it's Tua or Skylar.
The Thompson disrespect is real. Listen. Your house, you got your starting quarterback. Technically, you guys should win but you obviously haven't watched Thompson play. He may not have experience but definitely has an NFL arm, but we'll see what happens tomorrow.
The worst O-line attacks came in the A-gap. Zero protection. Hoping the C and RG can get on the same page as it wasn't even guys getting beat vs Pats, it was guys not getting picked up at all. Surprises me that an O-line at the pro level allows this to happen. We have a good coaching staff. They'll get their guys working together.
I’m a little nervous for this game not gonna lie
I wish this was a game where our doubtful players/limited participants could take the week off smh
Trap Game
If we have K9 I think we win by 14 without him tho I think we get the win but I’d say Miami covers.

The super bowl win 43-8?

Possible trap game because even without Tua, Miami is dangerous.
Exactly they act like just because the backup is not the qb1 they feel like he nothing to worry about he in the nfl for a reason
IDK why but I lowkey am expecting another big game from JSN

Thursday night game and the jets got to watch what the Seahawks did to the patriots before they took their shot.

I find your lack of confidence disturbing 😂 we got this my dude , go hawks 👍
They're division rivals... It's going to be that way sometimes. Don't use that as a measurement

Uh oh. Visiting team with a lot of injuries and backup QB. Sounds like an L for the Hawks
Seahawks 24-14
Woolin vs. Hill. Woolin actually ran a faster 40 yard time.
