I love this technique. I used it jn a Hanna Karlzan book and it worked beautifully with no bleed thru wirh Crayola SuperTip markers

Great idea but the piling of the paper would drive me mad lol. Does it actually damage the underneath of the page, cos it does when I've tried. Tfs xo

The colour did go through when I used a darker blue, but this is the only time it has gone through.

Is it the paper from this particular book that pills or all books?

The pilling will differ from book to book depending on what paper they are printed on
