that might run that battery too low in a normal ,incandescent bulb flashlight. just like a short circuit.but yours is LED, so it may have protection circuit built in ,that is close enough. definitely do a supervised run down test to make sure the battery doesn't turn into a model rocket engine from over discharge. then the gubment will want to ban all flashlights. like the vaporizers. you can use protected cells used in vapes ,or get the tiny protection boards on E-BAY that fit on the end of the battery . I've been converting everything. the 18650 is a great match for things with 3 cell. i'm testing a 18650 in an LED Colman lantern that takes 4 d cells. hope it works well because it eats D cells right up and rechargeable ones cost $$$$ and suck.
