Firdous Valley for you to learn Quran you should do this: 1)avoid watching bodybuilding videos 2)avoid thinking about muscular men 3)stop giving dawah until you've freed yourself from your own devils 4) treat others as you'd like to be treated (I would've told you all this privately if you had done the same with others, but you don't, you enjoy harassing people on the internet. Young and confused little man: seek knowledge not only by watching some RUclips, but force yourself to read and memorize the books where the knowledge emanates from. After reading this, examine yourself; you'll see how everything I told you is completely true. Change your habits, change your life.
