@@bharath6799 Amul butter is not original butter and is made using the most cheapest and easily available pig fat and high in saturated fat(unhealthy fat) which should be eaten in moderation and is also adulterated to reduce cost and increase quantity resulting in reduced quality.
Amul Butter is high in calories and fat and can cause high cholesterol causing weight gain and obesity blocking your blood vessels and arteries causing heart problems.
Real butter is made from the top creamy layer from Cow or Buffalo milk on boiling and after collecting the layer upon repeated boiling and cooling, collect the cream overtime over a month to get 1 kg cream fat which is again heated to boil to get 1/4th quantity of pure healthy butter/ghee from the cream which my mom makes at home by collecting the cream every month using pure cow milk bought from the shed which is thick and tastes good & have healthy good fat content in it and real milk is expensive too by 90 rupees per litre on the milk and butter/ghee should be consumed not more than 3 spoons a day with food.
