MELISSA McBRIDE IS FINALLY HERE!!!!!! Oh how I've missed seeing Melissa McBride on my screen. Her portrayal of Carol breaks me into pieces. She doesn't act but lives the character. Welcome back people's princess, you've been missed!! I know the people who love and relate to Carol have their own unresolved issues and seeing her struggle FOR SURE she gives us validation. Also I love the new guy, Ash, and the way he looks at Carol made me feel things hahaha. I'm looking forward to watch their friendship grow.
I don't care how popular Carol is to the Walking Dead fandom, her lying to Ash wasn't necessary and no better than what Eugene used to do. Carol is going to get that guy killed.
It was the only way he would take her unfortunately, when she talked about becoming friends he said that "friends are not what i miss" she knew that telling the truth simply wasn't going to work.
@@kingbrandis1 Well, Carol lying to Ash was just as bad, because Ash just lost his home because of Carol's lies. If/When Ash found out the truth, he'll either abandon Carol in France or(however unlikely) may try to kill her for her deception.
@@dwnkaomwn3953 Didn’t say it wasn’t bad, just explaining why it was the only way he would take her and how is it Carols fault he lost his home exactly? If anything he probably would’ve died had she not have been there.
Me, looking at Carol: 😒->🧑🏻🦳 So…Michonne asks people for help, and she tells them that someone very important to her disappeared many years ago and she finds a clue that he may be alive, so she’s going in search of him. Carol, on the other hand, lies and gets caught. Then she doubles down on the lie. Then keeps lying, playing on this grieving man’s emotions…all the way across the ocean? Putting this man’s life in danger. Michonne kept telling the Nomads to go to Alexandria. She told Nat to go to Alexandria. They didn’t, but at least she didn’t lie to them. And that Daryl didn’t wave Au Revoir to Laurent and get his a** on that boat is just a mystery to me.
i love Carol more than anyone. but i feel if she played her honesty card he would say yes anyway. i don't like how she used her daughter as bait for him. not him. he's so nice. just a grieving parent, like herself. tons of approaches she could have gone for
Carol should've known better than that wreck. 1. She kept focusing on the cassette player rather than the road. 2. It's just a walker, make it a drive through. Hit the brakes to slow down so it does smash the windshield and just run it over.
When I first watched the episode I was a little concerned what is going to happen when carols new 'friend' realises the truth. I dont think he's going to last long and if Im right how's she meant to get back? also that plane only looks like it holds 2-4, so who is darryl leaving behind?
I would almost bet they either stay or they leave on a boat or they just fly back with him. I think she’ll tell him the truth and he’ll be like “yeah I could tell”
@@cloudedcolour5329 this series tends to be more about the human connections with people rather than a specific story they want to set. Like in the ones who live and dead city they didn’t need the side characters to live and them living kinda went against the story and added to shock value. Him living adds more to carol’s character so even if he does die I don’t see it happening for a bit into the story. He is a reflection of Carol and they will use him for story telling.
Everything just kept happening too perfectly to be believable. The second she needs transport to get to France, plane appears. Needs a lie? He has a dead son. Needs to go now? Storm hits and strikes gate open. Smh

man they are beating this dead horse lol. i had really hoped this series would be a 1 off season and the walking dead could finally come to an end. but honestly its all AMC has really had going for them. its their version of GoT except they refuse to let it go
This season came out on my birthday yesterday. That was the best present I ever had.
Happy belated birthday!

Watching your facial expression while you processed carols lie was hilarious 😂
Wow love seeing carol back and the throw back to second season with Sophia i do love this spin off just as good as the michonne rick series too.
Yay 🎉🎉 so exciting for the Daryl story and Carol story

Yeah, Jess, those reactions you had to the Sophia scenes, figured it would be something like that. Said scenes got me pretty good too.

It was so good to see them again!
This was solid start to the season
most of Us have already seen the whole second season
And?
Ah I've heard there was a release of the season and it didn't get called back in time. So how does one locate the other 5 episodes?
Pairing Daryl and Agatha? Is that Agaryl or Daratha?
Ty for this

This series is also much more forgiving to its side characters they haven’t really killed too many characters off for no reason.

I agree about Sylvie and Emile. Let them ride off and be in love.❤

Dead people don’t walk either the entire show isn’t believable? What’s ur point lol
It's the old trophe, the hand of God providing everything at the perfect time. It calls for a supreme suspension of disbelief.
