Awesome wave and awesome tune selection.✌🏻 Never ventured to Blacks but did alot San Dog OB Pier - Sunset cliffs sessions back when I lived there. Gets decent size in both places on good swells.
Imminence Front - in stereo with my Sennheiser’s on. Did not expect such a treat. Oh, and the waves were great! Spent some time out at Black’s, got married on Windansea. Bringing back memories.
You ought to see this on the new LG C2 OLED tv with tha stero hookup....it will bring a tear to your eye! I had it up and still crystal clear....watched it a few times....and i think i had some kinda new experience.... 😳 body mind or spirit?? i think it hit all three 😅 was it the music the surf or the perfect visuals from the LG? It was all three! 😲how many times did i watch this video before this happened? It was three! 😱

Very nice! I'd like to see you keep filming surfers as they get caught in a close out. Several times you panned away, but with a drone you could hover above and show us if they managed to pull through the wave or at least to see if they survived. What do you think?

Should have been at Horseshoe. Much bigger and more gnarly! KP was out there dominating the line up like he's done sine the early 70's! Behind the peak back door stall in the tube cover ups and spit out. His mastery of the wave is incredible. KP, best underground cult hero surfer on the entire West Coast.

About as kooky as it gets for SoCal.
Man the devastation is apparent! Huge boulders left exposed were once 5ft of sand covered in almost every beach along the Socal coast. Mother nature takes and will give back later this year, hopefully.
As for the excellent tunes The Who, saw them in Cincy for the Who strikes back tour after 43 years absent after the stampede in 79. My buddy and hitch hiked down from Cbus only to be turned away . We saw Hundreds of sneakers lined the hallways of riverfront and broken glass.

The location is good, the waves are good, the photography is fine, but the surfers not so much.
I’m all for everyone enjoying the ocean.BUT a few of those guys probably should’ve stayed on the beach.
