If I want Column B to be dates , how do I modify the lambda function so that when the table spills the dates are numeric & in date format ?

Add the columuns you wants and concatenate it using "-". It will only work on the custmized formula she explains in the beggining. Or if you create a Lambda function with this new assumption, the ranges used in the unpivot formula must have same number of columns. Hope it helps.
