I am very glad you stopped to help this momma and her babies but word of advice …most animal lovers probably prefer you not to refer to momma dogs as “bitches” because it has a very negative connotation.
You should go to the vet asap! We never know these babies might be revived. I'm not sure the volunteer wants to help the dog? Please treat the dog respectfully

So glad the fourth baby survived. Maybe in an effort to protect her puppies, the mother sat on them too long and they suffocated. don’t know how long they were like that, but I wish that the person that found them would’ve at least tried to give them CPR and massage their chests and warm them up. BTW: it’s not necessary to keep calling the mother dog a bitch. Once was too much already, but then you kept repeating it over and over again. We get it, She is A female dog… The mama. Hope all goes well for her and her surviving puppy.
